I had I would by 1D stuck in my head all day and 3 hours and a half of sleep so when I went to take a nap I instead lucid dreamed about coworkers maxiel
cw for infidelity i guess
daniel who has been working in the company longer than max and who is in a relationship with scotty. scotty works in the company but in a completely different department, and they try to meet for lunch a couple of times a week. one day scotty gets up and leaves after finishing his meal and max walks up to daniel and is like "he shouldn't leave you like that", because scotty didn't even give him a kiss or anything.
and daniel is like ??? because he just knows max as the guy who had been in the junior team for less than a year before being promoted in the same team as daniel and they haven't interacted that much yet outside of pure work things. and he is there commenting on his relationship? he shrugs it off and whatever. guy is weird.
they grow closer because they click and they genuinely work well together and they hang out after work sometimes so even if max keeps making these comments daniel lets it slide. it's just one of max's quirks, and let's be honest, he is kind of right sometimes.
he isn't happy in the relationship with scotty. he isn't sad either, just not happy, and he's starting to think about breaking it off, but it's comfortable and convenient and maybe they live together in scotty's place and it would be a hassle to move out? but max's comments are becoming more pointed and also daniel sorts of maybe wants to kiss him. he knows for sure max wants to kiss him back.
one day they're hanging out at max's place and maybe they had a beer or two and things escalate and they kiss. properly make out. until daniel realises he's cheating on scotty and freaks out and leaves.
the next day he tries to avoid max but max doesn't let him and asks him if scotty would tell, does tell, daniel he loves him. because he would. daniel refuses to answer (because scotty doesn't anymore. daniel doesn't either).
they're both miserable for a while, daniel feeling torn and guilty and sad, distancing himself from max while also thinking about him all the time. max watching him with big sad eyes, missing him, trying to talk to him and being shut down every time. being told to be professional.
and then daniel decides he can't do it anymore and decides to tell scotty that he kissed max. and scotty is angry and hurt, but also sort of okay with it too? because he knows that they aren't working either. maybe, in an hypocrite turn of events, tells daniel he had cheated too. they decide to break it off and daniel moves out, moving onto one of his friend's couch for the moment.
gossip mill gets working at the company and max finds out that daniel and scotty broke up and he's all giddy and happy and goes to find daniel like time to kiss now? kiss? yes kiss?? but daniel tells him no because he still needs to sort through his head. he doesn't know if he genuinely likes max or if it was because they're good friends and he was unhappy with scotty (he knows, but he needs time).
and max goes all kicked puppy, but goes. looks at him from a distance. stays professional.
and daniel hates it. he wants his maxy back :( he misses him like crazy and he finds himself reaching to touch him during meetings and being upset when max doesn't sit next to him and thinking back again and again about the kiss.
so one day he asks max if they can meet and max says yeah okay, thinking this is daniel trying to remain friends, because he's convinced himself that if the only reason why they weren't together wasn't scotty, then maybe daniel didn't really like him.
they meet at a bar somewhere because daniel did want to hang out, possibly in a neutral place, but then they're a drink in and daniel is tugging max into the bathroom to kiss him. tells him he's sorry for wasting so much time. asks max to take him home.
max is a bit confused about the development but not unhappy with it, so he takes daniel home and fucks him silly.
afterwards they talk about it all and decide to keep their relationship quiet at work for a while but they can't keep their hands off each other and get caught making out hot and heavy in the printers room.
#in my head i was writing this but then i started and realised it was going to be like. a whole thing. and decided i can't do it#so just have this rambling instead#maxiel#my writing

PART 1 PART 2 PART 3
Final Chapter
Two weeks had passed since the revelation of my pregnancy, and "surprised" felt like an understatement for the whirlwind of emotions I was experiencing. Yet, it wasn't my own reaction that loomed as my primary concern—it was Rafe's. The gravity of the situation settled heavily on me; I was about to alter the course of his life.
While I acknowledged that mine would inevitably undergo a transformation too, those personal implications took a backseat for the moment. The foremost task at hand was sharing this life-altering news with him, and I couldn't shake the nervous anticipation that accompanied the impending conversation.
Even though the weight of recent revelations had occupied my thoughts for the past couple of weeks, I knew I still had a job to do. The persistent morning sickness was a genuine struggle to contend with, yet I remained determined to focus on the task at hand. Upon arriving at the Cameron's estate, I was greeted by the sight of Rose and Ward preparing lunch for the family. They kindly extended an invitation to join them, but the meal wouldn't be ready for another half hour. My immediate question was about Rafe's whereabouts, directed mainly at Ward. "He's in his room," he replied, gesturing towards the stairs. I nodded my thanks and proceeded upstairs.
Upon reaching Rafe's room, I knocked on the door before entering. Inside, I found him engrossed in a PlayStation game, the sounds of Top and Kelce's animated voices emanating from the headphones. Sneaking up behind him, I ran my hands over his shoulders and planted a kiss on his cheek, temporarily setting aside the pressing thoughts that had consumed me for the past weeks.
He abandoned the controller and pulled me onto his lap, deepening our kiss. Amidst the passionate embrace, the cacophony of Topper and Kelce's swearing through the headphones as zombies claimed them provided a backdrop to our moment. Abruptly, he broke away, Rafe declared, "I gotta go, Dad needs something," and promptly ended the game. Expressing how much he had missed me, his hands slid up my thighs as we continued to share a moment of intimacy.
About five minutes later, a sudden urge to throw up overwhelmed me. The burning and knotting sensation in my stomach forced me to pull away from Rafe. Concern etched on his face, he asked, "You okay?" My complexion turned pale, and I leaped off his lap, darting into his bathroom just in time to reach the toilet, where I emptied my stomach. Rafe followed me in, checking on my well-being.
He gently grabbed my hand, pulling a hair tie off my arm and securing my hair into a messy ponytail. I slowly nodded, asking him to give me a minute to clean up. I washed my face with cold water and walked back to where he was waiting on his bed. “You sure your good?” He questioned, standing up to look over me.
"Ummm, not really," I answered, momentarily averting my gaze before meeting his eyes again. "We need to talk," I continued, gently pulling him to sit down beside me. "I think I know what this is about," he responded almost immediately.
"Really?" I asked, puzzled by his certainty. "You're breaking up with me, aren't you? I knew this was probably going to happen eventually. I just thought it was going to be after this whole thing was over, and you had to go to your next assignment," he admitted, fidgeting with his fingers. I placed my hand on his leg, assuring him, "Hey, no, I'm not breaking up with you, but you might want to after I tell you," I added, prompting a hopeful look from him.
"Thank god, because I don't know if I could take that right now," he responded, kissing my hand. "So if you're not breaking up with me, what did you want to tell me?" he inquired, gazing into my eyes.
"I'm... I'm pregnant," I finally disclosed, awaiting his reaction. The silence that followed felt deafening and somewhat unnerving. "Rafe? Did you hear what I said?" I asked, genuine curiosity filling my eyes.
"Yeah, I heard you," he replied slowly, his eyes shifting towards my stomach. "How long have you known?" he asked, curiosity colouring his expression.
"Only two weeks. I know this is probably not what you expected, and I understand if you don't want anything to do with this. So, I am giving you an out if you want to take it," I responded, offering him an opportunity to process the news. Before I could finish, he quickly interjected, "Hey, that's not what I'm saying. I didn't mean to come across like that. I'm actually really happy about this."
He leaned in, giving me a warm hug and placing his hands on my belly. "Are you sure?" I asked, seeking his assurance to help me cross the emotional threshold.
"100%. In the past weeks, I couldn't imagine not being with you, and now this just makes it amazing," he declared, sealing his words with a deep and affectionate kiss.
"Okay, but this is even more dangerous now. These people are still after you, and I'm going to have to tell my boss I'm pregnant. He's probably going to take me off the case," I stated, ensuring he understood the gravity of the situation.
I looked into Rafe's eyes, searching for any sign of hesitation or concern. "I need you to understand the risks and potential consequences," I continued, my voice conveying a mix of determination and vulnerability. "This complicates things, and it's not just about us anymore. We have to consider the safety of our child, and that means making tough decisions."
Rafe tightened his embrace, his expression a blend of reassurance and acceptance. "I get it," he replied, his voice steady. "We'll figure it out together. Our priority is the safety of our family, and I'll support whatever decision you make, no matter how hard it is."
His unwavering support brought a wave of relief, but the challenges ahead lingered in the air. We sat together, contemplating the uncertain future that awaited us, knowing that our love would be tested in ways we hadn't anticipated.
-----
The following day, I visited the agency to discuss my circumstances with my boss. When I revealed that Rafe was the father, he didn't express surprise. "This isn't the first time this has happened, Y/n, but it is the first time one of our female agents is the one who's pregnant."
Discovering that similar situations had occurred before shocked me. We engaged in a lengthy conversation, outlining the steps ahead. A new agent was brought in to assume my role, but my boss emphasised that I still needed to maintain a presence in the Cameron house. "Y/n, meet Brady; he will be Rafe's new official bodyguard. He's been briefed and is aware of your situation with Ward's son," my boss introduced us.
Brady left us to start his new assignment, and my boss and I further discussed the plan moving forward. Despite the unique challenges, my boss assured me that the agency would support me throughout my pregnancy. We delved into the logistics of my ongoing involvement with the Cameron family, emphasising the importance of maintaining a low profile for security reasons.
As I left the agency, a mix of relief and apprehension filled me. The support from my boss was comforting, but the realisation that my personal and professional worlds were intricately entwined now weighed heavily on me.
"It's also a good idea not to tell the rest of his family yet. The fewer people who know, the safer it will be for you," he advised as he walked me to the door. Nodding in acknowledgment, I left to return to Rafe.
Making my way back upstairs to Rafes room, I noticed Ward and Brady engaged in conversation in the office. It seemed like Brady was briefing him on the slight changes to the security. Entering Rafe’s room, I found him engrossed in his phone. He looked up as the door opened, coming over to greet me with a kiss on the forehead. “Hey, how did it go today?” he asked, wrapping his arms around me in a warm hug.
"Better than I expected. He said the company would be very accommodating through the pregnancy because this isn’t the first time this has happened," I shared, observing his reaction. "What? That’s weird. What happens now?" he questioned, guiding me to sit down on the bed.
"My boss said that you will have another official bodyguard who just watches the outside, and I will continue to watch out for you, so it doesn’t seem suspicious," I explained, tossing my stuff onto the bed.
"Who’s the guy?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "His name's Brady. I knew him from the academy; he's kind of a dick, but really good at this job, unfortunately."
Rafe's expression shifted, a mix of curiosity and concern evident on his face. "Brady, huh? Well, as long as he does his job, I guess it's alright. Just keep an eye on him, Y/n. I don't need someone shadowing me who might cause problems."
I reassured him with a nod, understanding the underlying worry. "I'll make sure everything runs smoothly, Rafe. We've got this," I said, offering a small smile.
—
It’s been 3 months since I told the most important people that I was pregnant and Rafe had made plans to go to the main land for our date night, we drove together in my Maserati all the way into Charleston. As we cruised down the scenic roads towards Charleston, the anticipation in the air was palpable. Rafe had orchestrated this special date night to celebrate the news of our impending parenthood.
The rhythmic hum of the engine beneath us seemed to echo the excitement building between us.
The city lights of Charleston glittered in the distance, casting a warm glow over the night. It was hard to believe three months had passed since I shared the news with the most important people in my life. The journey towards parenthood had brought us even closer, and tonight was a symbolic nod to the new chapter awaiting us.
Rafe's thoughtful planning extended beyond the mere destination. As we strolled through the historic streets of Charleston, the soft ambiance of the city enveloped us. The evening breeze carried a sense of serenity, and the quaint charm of the surroundings added a touch of magic to the moment.
We dined at a cozy restaurant with dim lighting and an intimate atmosphere.
The conversation flowed effortlessly, weaving between the excitement of impending parenthood and the nostalgia of our journey together. Rafe's gaze held a depth of emotion, mirroring the commitment we shared.
After dinner, we found ourselves on the waterfront, where the moon's reflection danced upon the gently rippling waves. My back was pressed against Rafe’s chest and his arms enveloped me, placing his hands on my small baby bump. As we were enjoying our moment together I felt my phone vibrate, I checked to see who it was.
*Unknown Number*
“I know your secret Y/n and I know who the baby daddy is.” “Watch your back bitch”
My eyes lit up with concern, I turned my focus around to see Rafe’s, he was already fuming. Rafe's gaze met mine, and without exchanging words, we communicated a silent understanding. “I think we should go to the agency so we can track the number.” I say and he nods.
He stands up behind, bringing his hands out so I can grab on to them. He helps me up and wraps an arm around my lower back helping me walk on the sand. As we are driving, I feel this stabbing pain shoot through my chest, an unexpected intrusion that mirrors the unsettling revelation and threat that linger in the air. The physical discomfort intensifies with each passing moment, as if my body is betraying me, echoing the turmoil within.
My hand instinctively clutches my abdomen, as if to protect the life growing within me from the external storm that has suddenly erupted. The rhythmic hum of the car engine becomes an unsettling backdrop to the internal chaos, and my gaze remains fixed on the road ahead, searching for a sense of stability in the uncertain darkness.
Rafe notices the shift in my demeanour and turns to me with concern etched across his face. The lines of worry deepen as he realises the physical toll this revelation is taking on me. "Are you okay, Y/n?" he asks, his voice a comforting anchor in the midst of the emotional tempest.
“Yeah, I’m fine” I lie straight to his face not wanting him to worry, I just needed to get to the agency so we could find out who this was. The ride wasn’t long, but it felt like it took a while. The had subsided a little but I was still there, Rafe helped me out of the car and we both walked in to see my boss. “Y/n what are you and Rafe doing here” he asked mostly looking at Rafe.
“I received a threat” I said showing him the text, he took it from me and plugged my phone in to the computer and started a trace. It took a while, but it finally revealed that it was someone in the town on a burner phone, it couldn’t be tracked anymore, but they had all the data from my phone to keep a search going for anything else to pop up.
Eventually we made our back home, we were met with Rose and Ward making dinner, “Hey guys, do you want dinner?” He asked “I’m actually pretty tired, I’m might just go up to bed” I said heading upstairs tilting my head to signal Rafe to follow. “I’m not hungry right now, but I might be later” he said following behind.
I entered his room and settled on the edge of the bed, intending to loosen the laces on my shoes. However, Rafe intervened, insisting, "Let me take care of that for you," as he leaned down to remove my shoes. I reclined further on the bed, letting my head rest on the plush pillows.
He joined me, lying down beside me. Tenderly, he swept my hair behind my ear, his hand finding its way to my baby bump, where he began to trace gentle circles.
“I've been thinking about us,” he said, his voice carrying a sense of contemplation. I turned my head to look at him, curious about what was on his mind.
“About us?” I echoed, wondering where this conversation was headed.
"Yeah," he continued, tracing invisible patterns on my belly. "With everything going on, it's a lot to take in, but it makes me realise how much I want to be with you through all of it.”
A mixture of emotions crossed his face – a blend of sincerity, concern, and perhaps a hint of vulnerability. I reached for his hand on my belly, intertwining our fingers.
“Rafe, we're in this together,” I reassured him. “Whatever happens, we face it together.”
He smiled, a genuine expression that reached his eyes. "I love you, Y/n," he whispered, placing a tender kiss on my temple. I gently hovered over him, my hand resting on his neck, and I leaned in, whispering, "I love you too, Rafe.” Our lips met, and I wrapped my arms around his head, intensifying the kiss. His hands explored my body, and he deftly flipped me onto my back, trailing kisses down my neck.
He gathered my dress, lifting it up, and hooked his fingers into my panties, drawing them down. A low groan escaped him as soon as my bare cunt was in front of him. He spat in his hand and began rubbing circles on my clit, eliciting a slow rise of my hips, but he promptly pressed me down. I peeled off my dress, exposing my breasts. "Not wearing a bra, naughty," he smirked, taking one into his mouth, while his other hand reached up to massage them, his thumb swiping over the bud.
My fingers skilfully unbuttoned his shirt and belt; he released my breast with a pop. Standing up, he stripped down, and I reached out to grab his length. "This is about you tonight," he said, gently lowering me back onto the bed. "In that case, I want you to go slow and deep," I said, gripping his forearms and wrapping them around me.
"Ok, baby," he responded, aligning his cock and slowly pushing through my folds. The sensation of him stretching me out felt amazing; he was completely in before he began rocking his hips, slow and steady. Leaning down, he kissed me, balancing on his forearms to avoid putting all his weight on me. I could feel his tip touching my cervix, the warmth making it easier for him to glide in and out. The knot inside me tightened as I started to let go.
“Gonna cum,” I panted out. "Me too, baby," he replied, spilling his seed as I followed suit. He continued to thrust into me to prolong the high. “Ahhh, fuck,” I yelled, digging my nails into his biceps. Rafe stopped his movements, concern etching his face. “Hey, did I hurt you? Are you okay?” he questioned, pulling out and examining my face.
“No, you didn’t do anything. It’s the baby; it's...” Rafe cut me off, his face filled with concern, “Is the baby okay? Are you okay?” “Rafe, I'm fine, the baby is fine too. It just... I felt it kick, a very painful kick. I don’t think it liked you knocking on their door,” I laughed a little, making him laugh too.
I grabbed his hand and placed it over my belly; it kicked again. “Feel that?” I said, and he nodded. As we lay there, Rafe spoke softly. "You know, seeing you like this, carrying our child, it's a feeling I can't put into words." His eyes reflected a deep sense of connection and tenderness. "I can't wait to meet our little one," he added, placing a delicate kiss on my forehead.
----
The following morning, I awoke in the comforting embrace of Rafe, who was still peacefully asleep. Deciding not to disturb him, I quietly made my way to the bathroom to take a shower. As the warm water cascaded down, I was momentarily lost in my thoughts until the abrupt ringing of my phone jolted me back to reality. It was a call and text from my boss:
Morning Y/n, I need you to come into the office right away, don’t bring Rafe I don’t want him to worry. It’s about the guy you killed a few weeks ago.
I quickly got dressed and headed out of the bathroom, I wrote a note to Rafe and left it on top of his phone:
Hey, My boss texted and asked me to come and go over some stuff, I didn’t want to wake you, you looked so peaceful. I’ll be back soon, love you Rafe. P.S I told Brady where I was going, so he will be watching you while I’m Gone. xx Y/n
Seated at my boss's desk, I demanded answers, "What's going on? Has something happened?" My boss appeared puzzled, "Y/n, I didn't think you were coming in today." I was adamant, "What are you talking about? You asked me to come in." I retrieved my phone, showing him the text.
"I didn't send that message," he replied with a grave tone. I was incredulous, "What do you mean you didn't send it? If you didn't, then who did—"
I abruptly stopped myself, the realisation sinking in. "It's them, isn't it? The guy I took care of a few weeks ago, the people on the phone who saw me. They're not finished with us." The gravity of the situation hung in the air as my boss and I exchanged a sobering look, acknowledging the looming threat that had resurfaced.
He sighed, leaning back in his chair. "It's a possibility. We intercepted some chatter indicating that there might be retaliation. We're taking this seriously, and I've called in additional agents to bolster security. However, we need you to be extra vigilant. No more solo missions for now."
I nodded, the gravity of the situation sinking in. "What's the plan, then?"
"We're investigating the network he was a part of, trying to get ahead of any threats. In the meantime, keep a low profile.” My boss leaned forward, concern etched on his face. "I've sent my assistant to the communications department to get a trace on the number.
She should be back any moment, and we can finally figure out who it is." The urgency in his voice mirrored the gravity of the situation. As we awaited the results, the tension in the room seemed to thicken.
The doors were pushed open with force, and the boss's assistant entered the room, holding a piece of paper. She handed it to my boss, who looked up at me, his expression grave. He stood from his chair, instructing, "Chelsea, get everyone geared up and ready to go in 10 minutes. It's a code black."
She hurried out of the room, and I turned to my boss, urgency in my voice. "A code black? Who is it?" I questioned. "I'll tell you on the way, Y/n. Let's go," he said, walking past me. "Where are we going?" I asked, trying to keep up with his brisk pace. "Tanny Hill!" he replied. The urgency in his movements and the mention of Tanny Hill hinted at the severity of the situation, leaving me with a mix of anticipation and trepidation.
=====
RAFES POV
I wake to find Y/n gone. I grab my phone and see the note she left behind. Walking into the bathroom to clean myself up, I hear a knock at the door. "Just a second," I pull on some clothes and open my door. Brady is standing there, pushing past me into the room. "Hey mate, did you get Y/n’s note?" he asks, still standing by the door. "Umm, yeah, I did. Can I help you with something?" I question. "Yeah, I’m here to talk to you about Y/n," he says, a smirk painted across his face. "What about Y/n? Is she okay?" I ask, stepping forward a little, concern evident in my voice.
Brady leans against the wall, crossing his arms casually. "Relax, she's fine. Just had to run into the office for some last-minute business. Boss's orders," he says, his tone giving away little. I can't help but feel a sense of unease.
"Last-minute business? What's going on?" I press, my worry intensifying. Brady hesitates for a moment before deciding to share more. "Can't go into details, mate, but there's something going on, and your girl is right in the middle of it," he states, his expression serious.
My mind races with possibilities, each one more concerning than the last. "What do you mean, 'in the middle of it'? Is she in danger?" I demand, my fists clenching involuntarily.
Brady's revelation hits me like a freight train, leaving me momentarily speechless. The room feels charged with tension as he takes a step closer, emphasising the gravity of his words.
"You see, a few weeks ago, when you guys killed that guy, well, more so Y/n, the guy you killed was my brother. And in order to get revenge, you have to be the bait. But it had to be done without Y/n in the house first, so I could talk to you and get you to do what I need you to do," he explains, his gaze fixed on mine.
The weight of his words settles in, and I'm torn between anger, confusion, and concern for Y/n. "What do you need me to do?" I manage to choke out, my fists clenched at my sides.
Brady takes a deep breath, gauging my reaction. “I need you to tell your dad that you need money, because you have gotten yourself into a situation that resulted in you getting Y/n pregnant, and then I need you to hand over the money” he said smirking at himself, “I won’t do that” he says getting ready to punch him, “I thought you might say that, that's why I hired some help”, I turn around and was immediately hit to the head with a bat.
--
I struggle to focus as my vision clears, the throbbing pain in my head intensifying. The surroundings become more apparent—Ward, Rose, and Sarah huddled together, Wheezie on the ground in tears. Brady stands nearby, a cruel smirk etched on his face.
"Look who's finally woken up. He didn't hit you that hard, Rafe. Don't be so dramatic," Brady taunts, his voice dripping with disdain.
My hands are bound, and I attempt to assess the situation. "What the hell is this? Why are you doing this?" I growl, my words strained.
Brady leans in, relishing my disorientation. "You didn't think we'd let you refuse, did you? This is the price you pay for meddling in our affairs. Now, you'll lead them right into our trap, or your precious Y/n will suffer the consequences."
A surge of anger courses through me, but the throbbing pain in my head forces me to reassess my options. As I try to gather my thoughts, Brady smirks again, savouring the chaos he's orchestrated.
====
"Okay, we're on the move. Please tell me who it is?" I ask in desperation, my heart pounding with a mix of fear and determination.
"It's Brady, Y/n. The guy you killed— he's his brother. He's after you and anyone you care about," my boss responds, his voice heavy with concern.
The weight of the revelation hits me like a ton of bricks. Brady's vendetta is not just about revenge; it's personal, entangling those closest to me in a dangerous web of consequences. The urgency to protect Rafe and his family. "What's the plan?" I inquire, my mind racing to find a solution.
"We're heading to Tanny Hill. It seems to be their base of operations. The sooner we get there, the better chance we have of diffusing the situation and safeguarding Rafe,” my boss explains as we rush towards the destination.
We arrive just outside the fence at Tanny Hill. My boss instructs the others to stake the house out and wait for my signal. Eager to join the action, I go to jump out, but my boss stops me.
"Where do you think you're going? You're off duty," he says, firmly closing the door back in my face.
"I'm coming. Rafe's in danger," I protest, refusing to back down.
"That's exactly why I can't let you. They want you and that baby, and they'll do anything to get them. You're staying here. If things turn bad, I'll need you for backup," he explains, donning his protective gear. I reluctantly nod in acknowledgment, realizing the importance of this strategic decision. I watch intently as the body-cams capture the team's movements, ready to assist if needed.
Despite my boss's order to stay put, anxiety courses through me as I monitor the situation from the vehicle. The gravity of the threat against Rafe and our unborn child fuels a mixture of fear and determination within me.
Minutes feel like hours as I witness the tactical approach of my team. Every nerve in my body is on edge, and I can't shake the feeling that I should be there, standing by Rafe's side. I debate whether to argue my case again when a sudden commotion erupts on the body-cams. Shouts and rapid footsteps fill the audio feed, and my heart skips a beat. Instinctively, I reach for the door handle, ready to defy orders. The urgency intensifies as I watch the live footage unfold, desperate for any glimpse of Rafe's safety.
Armed and ready, I step out of the van, my senses heightened by the gravity of the situation. The chilling realisation that Rafe, his family, and now my boss are in immediate danger fuels my determination. I quickly check my equipment, ensuring everything is secure and ready for action.
The hum of the earbud in my ear connects me to the ongoing situation inside. I carefully approach the entrance of Tanny Hill, eyes darting between the shadows and corners. The urgency to act intensifies as I witness the unfolding events through the live audio feed.
With each step, I remain vigilant, the weight of the assault rifle in my hands a stark reminder of the responsibility I carry. I communicate discreetly with the team back at the agency, relaying critical information and coordinating backup. The urgency in my voice echoes the dire circumstances as I press for a swift response.
As I inch closer to the building, every sense is on high alert. The pulse of adrenaline mingles with a steely focus as I prepare to confront the unknown threat inside. The fate of Rafe, his family, and the safety of my boss hang in the balance, propelling me forward into the heart of the danger that has enveloped Tanny Hill.
Sneaking around the side of the house, I hear talking through the window of Wards office, “Where is she?” Brady yells at my boss, “Where is that slut?” “I told her to wait back at the agency,”
My heart pounds with a mixture of gratitude and guilt as I hear my boss's protective lie. The bond of loyalty, even in the face of danger, strikes a chord within me. Brady's enraged voice pierces through the night, echoing his desperate search for me.
The shadows conceal me as I continue to move silently along the perimeter. The urgency of the situation intensifies, and I strain to catch every word exchanged in the office. My focus narrows on the unfolding drama, a high-stakes chess game where every move could mean the difference between safety and peril.
As I reach a vantage point near the window, the gravity of the situation becomes more apparent. Rafe and his family are at the mercy of Brady, a man fuelled by vengeance for his brother's death. The stakes are higher than ever, and my role in this dangerous game is clear.
My hand instinctively tightens around the grip of the assault rifle, a silent promise to myself and those I care about. The decision to intervene looms, each passing second amplifying the urgency. I brace myself for the impending confrontation, knowing that the next moves I make will shape the outcome for everyone involved.
Brady grabs Rafe by the shoulders and pushes him through the door, he then grabs ward too and takes them to a different room, he leaves the others in the room by themselves. I take the opportunity to open the office window and jump in to where they were “Hey, are you guys okay” I whisper, checking them for any injuries “No, were fine. What are you doing here? Is that a gun?” Rose asks, her voice filled with fear.
"Yes, it's for protection," I reply in hushed tones. "Brady is after me, and I can't let anything happen to your family.” “I need to get you all out of here safely," I continue, my mind racing to formulate a plan. The muffled sounds of commotion from the adjacent room remind me of the imminent threat we're up against.
Rose interjects, her voice stern but grateful, "We appreciate your concern, Y/n, but we can't just leave. We need to confront Brady and resolve this once and for all." I nod, acknowledging the gravity of the situation. “I know but in order to do that I need to get you to safety, I'll do everything I can to get Ward and Rafe out too.”
“I know you will Y/n, I know you love Rafe” Rose smiles and I smile back. “Okay let’s go!” I whisper yell. I jump out the window and help them out too, I keep them close to me at all times as we slowly make our way back to the van.
As we near the back door, we hear raised voices. Brady's harsh tones echo, and my grip tightens on the pistol. I motion for everyone to halt, and we press against the wall, eavesdropping on the conversation.
"I need that money, Ward! You don't understand what's at stake here," Brady's voice seethes with desperation.
Ward, firm in his resolve, retorts, "I won't be manipulated by your threats. You're not getting a single cent." While Brady continues to yell I tell the others to run over to the van and get in. I wait until they are inside to slip inside the back door and hid behind the lounge.
Brady grabs rafe by neck and holds a gun to his head, “Send the money ward or your son dies, you son who is about to become a father with the girl you hired to protect him.” He yells and I see Wards face drop in shock, Rafe tries to get out of his hold, but his his hands tried behind, its no use.
I crawl behind the couch and have my gun ready with safety off. “Fine Ward, you just killed your son” he shouts. “Wait” he yells, Brady is distracted for a moment as I jump up, “DROP IT” I shout at Brady.
My finger hovers over the trigger, the room tense with the gravity of the situation. Brady, startled by my sudden appearance, hesitates for a split second. The standoff feels like an eternity.
"Drop the gun, Brady!" I command, my voice steady but laced with urgency. Rafe seizes the opportunity to struggle against Brady's grip, his eyes pleading with me. Ward, visibly distressed, clutches his desk for support.
Brady, a smirk playing on his lips, slowly lowers the gun. "You always were the hero, Y/n," he sneers. His grip on Rafe tightens, but the fear in his eyes betrays the facade of confidence.
"Let him go, Brady. This doesn't have to end in bloodshed," I urge, my focus unwavering. I inch closer, ready to intervene if the situation takes a turn for the worse.
Brady, sensing the growing tension, glares at me. "You think I won't do it?" he taunts, his finger twitching on the trigger.
“You think I won’t? I already put your brother down, don’t make me put you down too.” I say holding my position, he laughs and goes to pull the trigger, but I’m faster, I pull the trigger and a bullet is released hitting him in the neck, he falls back against the wall and too the ground.
I run over to Rafe and hug him tightly, “Are you ok” I ask, cutting his hands free. Rafe, still in shock, nods, his arms wrapping around me. "Yeah, I'm okay. You got here just in time," he says, his voice filled with relief. Ward, wide-eyed, watches as Brady struggles on the floor, blood seeping from his neck.
"Thank you, Y/n," Ward utters, a mix of gratitude and astonishment in his voice. Brady, weakened and defeated, glares at me with malice. "You won't get away with this," he rasps, blood staining his words.
My boss bursts into the room, accompanied by the sound of approaching sirens. "Well, it looks like you've solved the problem, Y/n," he says, assessing the scene. "I had to protect what's mine," I reply, my gaze unwavering.
As the authorities arrive to apprehend Brady, the weight of the situation begins to lift. The ordeal is far from over, but for now, Rafe and his family are safe. Hand in hand, we exit the house, and my supervisor approaches, informing us that our names have become widely known in the news due to a woman single-handedly dismantling a drug operation, basically we were famous and the talk of the town.
He advises us to find a secure location until the situation settles. I propose the safe house typically used by affluent clients during such incidents. He agrees and arranges for a helicopter. The rhythmic thumping of the helicopter blades drowned out the residual chaos as we climbed on board. Rafe and I exchanged a glance, a mix of exhaustion and gratitude in our eyes. The adrenaline rush from the confrontation was now replaced with the reality of being in the public eye.
The chopper ascended, carrying us away from the tumultuous events at Tanny Hill. My boss, seated across from us, explained that the safe house was a discreet haven for clients in such predicaments. It was a temporary refuge, a sanctuary nestled far from prying eyes.
As we approached the safe house, I could see its grandeur from above—an amazing penthouse with view of the city. The helicopter descended, gracefully touching down on the roof of the skyscraper. We disembarked, enveloped by the privacy this refuge promised.
Inside, the opulent interior contrasted sharply with the recent chaos. Rafe and I found a quiet corner, away from the prying eyes of the staff. I wrapped my arms around him, seeking solace in the midst of the storm.
"This will all blow over eventually," I whispered, reassuring him.
6 MONTHS LATER
“Rafe!!” I yell from the lounge, “Rafe come here please,” Rafe runs to me “what’s wrong?” He questions sitting beside me. “I think the baby’s coming.”
Rafe's eyes widened with a mixture of excitement and concern. "Are you sure? What do we need to do?" he asked, taking my hands in his. I winced through a contraction.
"I've been keeping track of the timing. They're getting closer. We need to get to the birthing room.” Rafe's face shifted to urgency, and he helped me to my feet. "Let's go, we don't have time to waste." All of a sudden my water broke and the pain started to rear up.
He guided me gently toward the bedroom door, a blend of nervousness and anticipation etched on his face. He laid me down on the bed and went to call the private medical team to say it was time.
Upon arriving, the medical staff quickly took over, guiding me through stages. The atmosphere was a mix of nerves and excitement. Rafe stood by my side, offering words of encouragement as the medical team prepared for the imminent arrival of our baby.
As the contractions intensified, the pain became more pronounced. The medical team coached me through each stage of labor, providing support and reassurance. Rafe held my hand, his unwavering presence a source of comfort in the midst of the intensity.
The hours seemed to blur as the labor progressed. The room echoed with a mix of my determined breaths and the soothing guidance of the medical professionals. Rafe, having attended birthing classes with me at home, was actively involved, offering massages and words of encouragement.
When it was time to push, the room buzzed with an elevated energy. The medical team rallied around, their expertise guiding us through the final stage of labor. Rafe stood at my side, ready to welcome our little one into the world.
"You're doing great, baby; keep it up," Rafe reassured me. "Oh my God, I can't, Rafe, something's not right." The doctors applied ultrasound gel to my belly and discovered that the baby was in an incorrect position.
"Y/n, honey, are you still with me?" I nod weakly, already fatigued from the labor, and nothing has progressed. "The baby isn't in the right spot, so we need to reposition it. This doctor here will adjust it inside you. It might hurt for a few seconds, but then we can resume pushing." The nurse said. “Ok.” I squeezed rafe’s hand as the doctor began turning the baby inside me, it hurt like hell, but eventually it popped into place.
With each push, the anticipation heightened. Rafe's supportive presence never wavered, and the medical team worked seamlessly to ensure a safe delivery.
The culmination of months of preparation and emotional anticipation reached its peak as our baby entered the world, filling the room with a cry that echoed the beginning of a new chapter in our lives.
“Congratulations you have a baby girl” In that moment, as we held our newborn, exhaustion mixed with overwhelming joy. Rafe and I exchanged a glance, silently acknowledging the profound journey we had just undertaken together, welcoming our child into the world surrounded by love, support, and the dedicated care of the medical team.
“Do you guy have a name for your baby girl yet?” She asked, “Yes we do!”
“This is Valerie Camille Cameron”

Don't Blame Me | John 'Soap' Mactavish x F!OC
Chapter 18: The Lakes
Ao3 | Masterpost
Nina and John are reunited
General Tags: Fake Marriage, Eventual Romance, Fluff, Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Implied/Referenced Child Abuse, Slow Build, Canon-Typical Violence
Words:
“I know I stabbed you but was breaking my ribs really necessary?” Nina asked as Ghost helped her hobble back from the bathroom. He chuckled under his breath.
“I won’t try as hard to save your life next time.” He said, wrapping an arm around her legs to lift her back into bed. She winced and whimpered in pain. Her nails dug into his hoodie. He let her lean against him as she started deep breathing. She was given pain medication but her whole torso ached.
“Please actually just let me die next time.” She said, blinking tears away.
“I don’t think Johnny would have liked that.” He said.
“Have you seen him?” She asked as he lifted her to sit on the bed and helped move her legs so she could lay back.
“Yesterday before you woke up. He ripped his stitches crawling down the hall.”
“Why was he crawling in the hallway?”
“To see you. Would have made it if he didn’t leave a blood trail. Gaz and I had to carry him back. The nurse chewed him out harder than Price ever could.” He laughed as took his regular seat in the chair by her bed.
She turned away trying to hide the flush on her face. He was beautifully stupid sometimes. She would have laughed if it didn’t make her cry.
She’d spent a lot of time crying over the past 24 hours. She’d tried to remain stoic for all of 10 seconds before memories flooded the dams behind her eyes. Price’s hands on her shoulders as she sobbed out begs for knowledge about John.
He was okay. Needed stitches and will have to do a couple of weeks of physical therapy but he’d be okay.
He was being sent home at the end of the week. Price had declared no arguments would be had about it. She would stay here with him while Gaz, Ghost, and John returned to the UK. Agent Laswell was going to arrive later that day to settle all the paperwork. Price said to give it four to six weeks and she’d be in England too.
“I don’t have an extra room but we can set you up in my office for a bit and depending on how long you need, get you a real bed.” He assured. He’d been ‘fathering’ a lot the past 24 hours. He’d gotten her new earrings (‘these won’t turn your ears green’). He held her hand through the copious amounts of catch-up vaccines she’d gotten (‘Had to do the same thing during basic’). He kicked Ghost out of the room yesterday evening after she ate her first real meal in 3 days.
“I never stopped looking for you. Shoulda never left ya after seeing your dad yell like that. Shoulda taken you in myself.” He thought she was asleep. His voice kept cracking. “I wouldn’t have been the best dad but you woulda been safe. Coulda gone to school and done your A levels. Woulda taught you how to drive. I was young and a coward. Wish I broke that cunt’s jaw that day. You were a baby, Nina.”
She clenched her good hand. He wanted privacy. He was talking like no one could hear. Maybe he did want her to hear on some subconscious level. He thought she was asleep so she kept the act up.
“A baby to me at least. Every country I went to, I asked if they’d seen you or your father. I had ears in Russia, Mexico, Urzikstan. Fucking Kyrat…” he chuckled. “Whole unit thought your dad killed ya. Couldn’t stomach the thought. When Laswell called to ask about my former Captain and his daughter, almost went mad. She wasn’t sure but there was some English girl in the mountains of a failed state. I wanted to get you that day, bring ya home. That agent that had contact you, he was lucky he was dead on arrival. Using you as bait? Wanted to cave his head in for that.”
He stood up, the metal scrapped against the linoleum.
“If I ever get my hands on your dad… God’s mercy on him 'cause it won’t be mine.” He pushed her hair back and kissed her forehead, his beard hair tickled her face. “John’ll be good to ya. You deserve it.”
Ghost came back after he left and found her crying. He grabbed her a tissue box and took up his silent watch.
She liked that he was quiet. It made her calm. He would sit with his back towards her, legs stretched out with his heels resting on the floor. The chair in the room was the most comfortable and every half hour or so he’d get up and stretch before sitting back down.
He’d talk if she did but there wasn’t a lot to say. She didn’t know anything about him. She just stared at his back and made up stories in her head.
“It’s rude to stare, love.” He spoke, shattering her mental picture of him watering an impressive rose garden.
“Why the skull?” She blurted out.
“Hmm?”
“Why the skull mask if ghosts don’t have bones?”
“A skull’s more intimidating than a white sheet.”
“You do it to scare people?” He shrugged. It worked, scared the shit out of her. Scared the nurses too. He’d taken it off and switched to a medical mask, baseball cap, sunglasses, and pulled-up hoodie (all black); at Price’s request. Too many rumors had been swirling about the hospital apparently. “I mean it works. It was pretty fucking scary.”
“Scary enough to stab me?” He looked over his shoulder at her.
“In my defense, the rest of them were wearing balaclavas… how badly did I get you?”
“Not bad. Little more than a nick honestly. One of few to get me and survive to talk about it.”
“Scary and dangerous.”
“Your boyfriend isn’t a pacifist either.”
“He doesn’t wear a skull mask.”
“He has before.”
She almost didn’t catch it - boyfriend. Was he her boyfriend? She played around with the word silently in her mouth. Boyfriend. It was a downgrade after spending the previous week referring to him as her husband.
They’d left the ring on her hand. It was disgustingly dirty now. The stone was cloudy and the band was tarnished. Dark brown blood filled any scratches. She hoped she’d be allowed to keep it.
There was a knock on the door. Ghost got up and pulled the curtain around her; a standard procedure now.
“You hear with permission or do I have to carry you back to your room?” Ghost said.
“He’s here with me.” Price said. “Is she up?”
John…
“I’m up.” She said before Ghost could get a syllable out. There was the squeak of rubber against linoleum. John hobbled around the corner.
“Hey, Neen.” He was grinning. His face was bruised from where the butt of the gun hit him.
“Hi, John.” She pushed herself up straighter. It fucking hurt.
“Hey, careful. I’ll come to you.” He came around the side of the bed and dragged a chair over with his crutch. He took her hand in his, smile fading as he saw the bandage. It looked like he was choking on his words. “I’m so fucking sorry, Neen. I’m so fucking sorry.”
He looked at his feet and held her knuckles against his forehead. He was trying not to cry, she could see it in how his shoulders were hunched over.
“Why are you apologizing?” She said, cupping his cheek. “You didn’t do anything.”
“I didn’t protect you, Neen. You almost died and I...I didn’t do anything,” His voice cracked.
“Come here,” She tugged on his wrist. He looked up at her. “I almost got you killed.”
She grazed her fingers over the bruise around his throat.
“I didn’t want to watch you die,” she hiccuped. “ I was gonna come back for you. I wasn’t going to leave you. I was gonna kill him and I was going to come back. We were in it together. I failed just as much as you.”
John pressed his lips to her knuckles before speaking against them.
“I thought I was going to lose you. I don’t want to leave you here.” His eyes were red
“I’ll be okay… could you call me when you get back? So I know you’re okay? So I can hear your voice?” His eyes lit up and he smiled at that.
“Every night, Neen. I call ya every night. No matter what, you call I’ll pick up, aye? Till you touch ground in England. I told you you wouldn’t be able to get rid of me.” He pushed himself up on one crutch and leaned in to peck her cheek. He checked to make sure Ghost and Price weren’t looking before coming back with a sloppy kiss on her lips.
“I might not be able to keep my hands off you next time,” he whispered. “If Price doesn’t kill me first.”
“I won’t let him.” She whispered back.
“I get checked out tomorrow but Gaz and I will bring you lunch before we leave.” He gave her another quick kiss. He kept turning to leave but would stop to give her another kiss.
“Come on, Soap. She still needs rest.” Price said, coming around the curtain to end their privacy. “You’ll see her tomorrow. “
“Call me,” he mouthed, holding up a hand to mimic a phone. She grinned and nodded.
“So who’s paying for all these international calls you two are planning?” Price asked as they left. Ghost came around when the door shut.
“Johnny’s a good man. Take care of him.”
“I will.”
He nodded and went back to his post. She found herself smiling when she woke up the next morning.
It was an early lunch. She, Price, and Ghost could hear Gaz yelling at John to slow down from the elevator to the room.
Price was helping her sit up to eat when John came in, moving as fast as he could on crutches.
“You’re supposed to knock, Johnny,” said Ghost.
“Like you didn’t know it was me, L.t.”
Gaz followed him with two large brown paper bags filled with food.
“Finest Mexican in Northwestern Canada for you, darling,” Gaz said as he started taking takeout containers and setting them on the fold-out tray beside her.
“Thank you,” she smiled. Gaz and Price pulled up their own chairs and the four of them dove in. John used his limited vocal capacity to explain what everything was.
“This is good but you have to try real Mexican one day.”
“Is this not real Mexican?”
“No way. Rudy showed Ghost and me the best street tacos I’ve ever had.”
“When have you ever had street tacos before?” Gaz asked, incredulously.
“Never. That’s why they were the best.” The two started laughing.
“Ghost? Come join us.” Nina said. He looked back over his shoulder at her and gave a soft shake of his head. “You need to eat” She turned to the others “I’ve never seen him eat.”
“I eat when you sleep, love.”
“Price is cutting my food for me so I’m unarmed.”
“She does have a fork though,” Gaz laughed until Ghost gave him a look. He still pulled up a chair.
“What’s your opinion on the food?” She asked, offering him a chip. He took it but didn’t eat.
“Alejandro’s was better. Can tell by the smell.”
“Didn’t think the two of you would be itching to go back to Mexico so quickly.”
“Just for the food, Sir,” John said. “Wouldn’t mind seeing the Vaqueros again someday.”
“Vaqueros?” Nina asked.
“Mexican special forces unit we worked with. Means cowboy.” Ghost said, he’d eaten the chip when no one was looking.
“I’ll take you one day,” John said as he took another bite of fajitas.
“You’re gonna take me to Mexico?” She asked. When he told her about Las Almas he didn’t speak of anything happy.
“You’re taking her to Mexico?” Price asked, arms crossed. John shrugged.
“Outside of work, of course. Las Almas is beautiful when the sun’s out. There are other parts of the country I’d like to see too. Gulf Coast, the old temples.” He’d taken her hand and was rubbing his thumb over the back of it. “Don’t want to lose any of my Spanish skills either.”
He kept his hand on hers for the rest of lunch but eventually he had to leave. Gaz was kind enough to pack up any leftovers for Price to take back to his hotel. Laswell had secured them temporary housing once she checked out in a couple of days. They’d stay there till her paperwork was ready and she could fly.
John lingered as he always did. He was careful of PDA in front of Price but would steal kisses to her cheek whenever he wasn’t looking. He wrote his number down on a napkin for her. When they were afforded a small moment of privacy, he pulled something from his pocket.
“I need you to take care of this for me, okay?” He handed her a silver necklace with his ring around it. “I have to see my maw when I get back and I think she’d lose her mind if she thought I eloped. Can you keep it safe for me till I see you again?”
She looked at him, tears springing up in the corners of her eyes as her bottom lip trembled. He kissed her. It was tender with his hand cupping the back of her head.
“Six weeks and I’ll take you on a proper date, aye?”
“Yeah.” He helped her put the necklace on.
“Whatever you want to do, we’ll do it. Just you and me.” He kissed her cheek.
She knew he would see him again. Laswell was going to drop off a phone for her tomorrow so they could talk. Six weeks wasn’t long compared to twelve years. She would sleep through most of it. His reassurances and sweet words didn’t help much when he gave her one last kiss goodbye. He was trying not to cry too.
“Call me whenever, Nina. I mean it.” He would have stood in that doorway forever if Gaz hadn’t tugged him away. “Six weeks, it’s a date.”
“A date.” She smiled.
And he was gone.
“Six weeks,” she told herself. “Just six weeks.”

A DAY IN MY BOARDING SCHOOL
Today I am going to tell you the whole schedule of my school :-
In the morning we used to wake up at 5.15 am. Aunties in our hostel blow whistles for 3 to 4 times and knock every door of a room and wake up students. We had to report at 5.35 am outside the hostel and leave for morning games at 5.45am. Every student was allotted a sport so according to their sport they had to report their coaches. Sports like volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, athletics, football, basketball, hockey, horse riding, shooting, lawn tennis, cricket, boxing etc.
After practicing we run back to our hostel and hurry up for bathing and dress up as per our acedamic schedule and getting ready in just 45 min in such a crowd because bathrooms were not personal. Every house has a bathroom and in each house there was approximately 45 students. U can think how we manage to took bath and got ready on time and if we got late then punishments would be ready for us so at any cost we should be on time. Again we had to report and leave for the breakfast in our mess and different type of meal we used to get. Menu was fixed for each day of a week. For instance BREAKFAST MENU:- Monday - bread, butter, cutlet and milk. Tuesday- breakpakoda/ aloo Puri and milk. Wednesday - bread, jam, cutlet and milk. Thursday,Friday, Saturday same as monday Sunday - parathas
And after having the breakfast we used to leave for our classes. We took our classes as per the schedule and in a break we got lemonade and then back to classes. After taking remaining classes we had to leave our academic block and move ahead for our lunch. Eagerly waiting for delicious lunch. As breakfast lunch and dinner was also had fixed menu . Lunch menu :-. Monday - rajma chawal(rice) ,chapati, potato and capsicum vegetable and salad. Tuesday - dal chawal, cauliflower veggie, chapati Wednesday - dal(pulses) chawal, potato vegetable Thursday -. Kadi chawal, onion potato and chapati Friday - dal chawal, mix vegetable and chapati. Saturday - chole chawal, vegetable and chapati. Sunday- dal chawal, some vegetable and chapati. After having lunch we used to go back to hostel. Being very tired we just changed our dress of sports . Every house has different colour T shirt. We have 4 houses, the name of houses were very fascinating to me. The names were :-. INDRA ( green t shirt). SOMA ( yellow t shirt). SURYA ( red t shirt). VARUNA ( blue t shirt). For sports we have to wear t shirt of our own house. Changing clothes lie on a bed and sleep 😴 actually a nap because after that we had to go for games again. We had to Change our clothes atleast for 4 to 5 times a day . willingly and unwillingly we had to attend games and we used to have some milk and some snacks . Rest of the day spend in prep, dinner and sleep. Prep is a time period of 2 hours for self study in which I used to sleep mostly and dinner after that. Of course as breakfast and lunch there was also diversity in menu of dinner with some speciality and that were desserts🤤 the best part of a day. Then back to hostel and it's sleeping time again but obviously there was so much work to do like of academics, seniors works, reporting, prayers etc. In short it was a very exhausting day. The schedule should be followed strictly, there was no choice to escape it or leave it . Just like as per to our sleeping schedule lights off timing was 10.00 pm so our aunties ( Aya) duty was to follow this rule and we have to follow aunties instructions. From escaping this schedule there was a way and that was to get sick and admitted in infirmary . Sometimes I pray to God that make me sick because this schedule sucks but the truth is being unhealthy or sick is more problematic than the schedule 😂. For me it was very challenging to be in time or punchtual. So punishment was ready for me as a dish😵🤭. It was a miracle when I was in time. Discussing the whole day with my friends is different type of satisfaction. Even today when we talk it expands upto 2 to 3 hours. Hostel Life is beautiful with friends. And i have enjoyed a lot .
I will come soon with new stories of my hostel experiences till then stay tuned.

Kick...kick...kick...
,,Why are you so active today, my little bean?" you coo, rubbing your belly and feeling the tiny kicks from your 7 month old baby girl in your womb.
,,Baby?" you hear the sound of your 2 year old little baby boy, who is sitting next to you, on his high baby chair. His pastel blue elephant bib is draped around his neck, already soiled with the chicken soup rice porridge your feeding him - even though he only ate approximately 3 spoons of it yet.
,,Your baby sister is moving," you tell him and he excitedly stretches his grabby hands, aiming for your bump, completely ignoring the spoon that he was about to latch his mouth on.
Of course his short chubby arms can't quite reach it, so you grab him from his baby stool and place him on your lap. He automatically brings both his hands on your stomach, roaming them all over your bump and anticipating the movements of his baby sister.
Both of your hands have a firm hold on his back and keep him safe on your lap, because Jihoon tends to get dynamic and thrilled at random times - especially when it had something to do with his still unborn sister. Jihoon loved feeling her kicks, even going so far to refuse to sleep sometimes and clinging onto your womb to not miss anything his sister does.
,,Ohhh," his stunned voice breaks the silence, his eyes going wide as he feels his sibling moving. You laugh at his reaction, one hand pushing his soft hair from his forehead.
When you attempt to sit him back into his baby chair, he whines in displeasure, putting pressure on your stomach with his small hands. You sigh in defeat, not wanting to make him sad because you don't let him rub your belly.
For a few seconds you let him be, granting him the glee he earns from being the closest as possible as he is able to be with his sister. The way Jihoons whole focus is solely fixated on his baby sister makes your heart swell in pure fondness. He couldn't wait for her birth just like Jimin and you.
You don't forget to feed him though. You grab a spoonful of Jihoon's porridge behind him and hold the spoon in front of his lips, waiting for him to open his tiny plump lips - that he definitely got from his dad - but his eyes are remain on your bump, not caring about the food presented in front of him. You slightly raise your hips up, causing his body to bounce on your lap to draw his attention towards you - but nothing. Jihoon simply doesn't care.
,,Jihoon-ah," you scold him with a stern tone since he's obviously ignoring you.
He looks up at you, with those big brown eyes and your heart lights up at his innocent face.
You hold the spoon closer to his mouth, but still, he doesn't attempt to part his lips, only backing away with his head.
,,No," he says and pushes your hand away with his much smaller hand. You quirk an eyebrow up at his behaviour.
You don't get to berate him again, when you hear the door opening and then closing shut again. You both immediately get excited - well, your excitement isn't really shown outside compared to Jihoon, who seeks to get off your lap and eagerly wants to rush off to his dad. His feet slowly sink down to the floor with your protecting hands around his little body and then his chubby legs sprint to the hallway, desperately wanting to greet his dad.
You hope he won't fall, because that accident happened a lot of times already - always ending up with some sobbing, teary eyes and clinging onto either Jimin or you. Your little boy let his delight go too overboard sometimes and only reserved little care into his surroundings. You'd have to teach him to be more aware of that.
,,Hello little guy," you hear Jimin's voice echoing from the hall.
,,Daddy!" Jihoon exclaims, giggling afterwards because Jimin probably spooned him up and snuggled his face into Jihoon's neck.
You just sit there, a warm smile on your lips, and don't make an attempt to get up to greet your husband too, because your feet are killing you today.
A few seconds later, Jimin enters the kitchen with Jihoon in his arms. Jihoon wrapped his arms and leg around Jimin's upper body, like a little koala bear and you chuckle at that sight. Jimin tilts his head down and places a tender kiss to your lips.
Even though Jimin was only away for 3 hours - because he had some meeting at the company - you missed his presence at home. And I seems like your not the only one who missed him, since Jihoon is practically glued to his daddys body.
,,You three are good?" Jimin asks, taking a seat beside you, while rubbing your belly in soft strokes.
,,We're all fine.", you assure him with a sincere smile. Jimin kisses you again. You just look so adorable right now.
You look at the back of Jihoon's head. Jimin's hand is placed on his back to hold him closely.
,,But Jihoonie still has to eat, right?" you say and look expectantly at his back, waiting for a reaction to your words. Jimin's gaze shoot to Jihoon's - still full - bowl and frowns.
Jihoon wiggles his body and then muffles a tiny 'No' into Jimins shoulder.
Jimin chuckles but then quickly asks ,,What's the matter, baby?" He softly nudges Jihoons head with his shoulder, wanting to see his face. Jihoon looks up to his dad, his lips forming a little pout.
,,You're shirt is stained with his food.", you giggle, after seeing the mess that Jihoons bib caused on Jimin dark shirt. He peers his eyes to the stain but doesn't say anything to that. Jimin and you were already used to dirty clothes since your little boy couldn't stop creating a mess every five minutes.
,,How come you don't want to eat anymore when it seems like you apparently enjoyed it?" Jimin asks the little boy.
You sigh and stand up. Jihoon needs to eat something and if he won't continue eating this meal, then you're going to cook something else. He was already fussy when you sat him down on the baby chair earlier and you don't want to deal with whines if your going to resist on making him eat that food.
You groan slightly when your feet carries your whole body weight and instantly place your hand on your side to steady yourself. Your bump got really big.
,,No, no, baby. I've got this, sit down. I can cook something for him," Jimin says, standing up with Jihoon in his arms and puts a hand on your shoulder. You look up at him, wanting to say that it's okay, but he's faster.
,,Your feet hurt, right? Let me run you a bath, love," he says, putting Jihoon on his baby chair and whispering ,,Wait for daddy, okay?" Jimin places a quick kiss on his head. Then he bends down a bit and you feel one of his hand on the back of your knees.
,,I can walk Jimin, don't carry me," you retort, your weight making you a little insecure. Of course he doesn't listen to you and in one swift motion your in his arms. He naturally watched out not to discomfort you or the baby, while proceeding to lifting you in his arms. You hear Jihoon giggling behind you, entertained by the sight of his mommy getting carried by his daddy like a baby.
,,Your dad is so strong, Jihoonie," Jimin calls out while walking to the bathroom.
Jihoon only laughs more at that comment yelling a ,,Me too!"
,,You're saying I'm fat?" you ask hurt, swatting his chest.
,,No, no! Of course you're not fat, baby. I'm just playing with Jihoonie," he panics, looking worried and concerned, because he knows that your hormones are getting the better hand of you these days. But it weren't your hormones this time. You almost laugh at his panicked face, but you decide to hold it in and not try to sooth him. Maybe you just have a little demon inside you that likes teasing Jimin, but you think it's fine for all those times he used to tease you for something.
,,You better be," you mutter and feel his lips pressing a soft kiss on your cheek.
He slowly lets you slide of his hold and you sit on the closed toilet lid, watching him as he runs water into the tub. Jimin tests the temperature of the water and hums quietly when he is satisfied with it. Then he puts some liquid inside to create bubbles and a delicious smell.
,,No bath bombs this time, I have to buy some again," Jimin says and you only nod. The fact that he even noticed that there were no bath bombs left made you want to cry. Maybe now the hormones were actually kicking in.
,,Thank you," you answer, never missing a chance to thank him for his care and thoughtfulness he's showing every day.
Jimin turns around, a lovely smile already tugging at his lips and widening once he takes me into sight.
,,You need me to help you?" he asks carefully. You shake your head as an answer.
,,No, go and feed Jihoon, your mini-me is starving," you reply. Jimin rolls his eyes at your exaggeration.
,,My mini-me is not starving," he makes clear and his eyes soften at the cute nickname you both - actually you - created for your little baby boy. Jihoon has so many of Jimins features- his nose, his lips and his eye colour are just like Jimins. You both always said how you wanted tiny replications of both of you running around the house once you'd get married, but now that it actually happened, it's scary how a tiny Jimin waddles though the house, always giggling after he'd done something he'd surely wasn't allowed to do.
,,Mommy!", Jihoon exclaims in that moment and you raise a brow up.
,,Hurry up, he's waiting," you say, swaying both your hands to shoo him away.
,,He just yelled your name. Shouldn't I be the one he's missing after coming home from a meeting?", he pouts, but doesn't wait for an answer as he leaves the bathroom.
You smile at his question. Suddenly you feel the need to snuggle your little Jihoon in your arms since he shouted your name, because he's alone, but you have to take a little break from today and his daddy is on his way to him anyway.
,,Daddy's coming!", you hear Jimin shout and you start discarding your clothes on the floor.
,,No, want mommy!", Jihoon yells back and you start laughing.
Apparently Jihoon wasn't satisfied with anything he got today.

The Bed
The Crash Series #8
Chapters: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7
Pairing: Werewolf Paz Vizsla x Female Reader Summary: The Wolf is left with the aftermath of his human counterpart's proposal to you Warnings: language, emotional overwhelm, mild gore, horny touches and arousal Words: 1.7k
The violent pops and rips coming from the refresher are almost enough to make you forget that Paz had just proposed marriage. Almost.
So many feelings are coursing through you, but the primary one is anger. How dare he do that when he knew he’d be changing at any second?! Now you’re going to be stuck alone with your thoughts and questions for at least ten hours. You have half a mind to go into the bathroom and demand answers before he’s changed completely.
When something shatters, though, you decided to stay put. Paz had fucking better have enough credits to cover for whatever he’s just broken.
Panic threatens to overtake your fury, but you fight it. You don’t want to think about the things it will bring up.
...Like abandoning the land and life your family has treasured for generations.
You’re scrambling to shove that deeper down inside you when the refresher door opens. A light fruity odor wafts into the main room, suggesting that whatever had broken was likely only a sundry.
Paz’s gigantic black Wolf trots out, wagging his tail like nothing has life-changing has happened. He immediately beelines for you, snuffling your cheek. He’s so excited to see you, and it just enrages you further.
You glower at him, slamming the lid down on your half-finished food, which no longer sounds appealing. “I’m going to take a shower.” You stand, pushing past him.
He cocks his head curiously at you, as if he doesn’t know what he’s done. You ignore him, shoving your food into the small corner of the conservator that isn’t taken up by his meat.
Then, you enter the refresher and slam and lock the door. The fruity odor is pleasant enough to calm you down a little. You glance in the trash receptacle and see that it’d been a complimentary bottle of cologne that broke, and there’s a damp, fragrant washcloth in the laundry hamper. At least the Wolf had the decency to clean up his mess.
You turn on the shower, peel off your dirty and blood-encrusted clothes, and step under the spray. As the intensity of your emotions crash down on you, you begin to weep.
- - -
Paz lays on the tile floor, ripping pieces of meat off the bone. It’s pretty good for having been dead more than a day. If he had to choose between being here with you and being out hunting, he’d choose here.
His ears prick and he pauses his munching. Through the beating of the water, he can hear you crying. Worry causes him to quickly go to the refresher door.
When he’d emerged from his shift, you’d been angry and anxious, although he’s not quite sure why. Sadness, confusion, fear, and, more than anything, overwhelm pulse from you now. He distinctly remembers his human self telling you he loves you. And he senses your love for him, too, so why are you this upset?
Paz whines in concern, not having any other way to ask after you.
“I’ll be out soon,” you say, voice thick. There’s a hiccup, then you’re sobbing again.
For a brief instance, your distress has him ready to break down the door, but the sliver of remaining human in him forbids it. Sighing, he returns to his meal to wait for you to come out.
He doesn’t know how long it is until you turn off the water, but it’s certainly not “soon.” He’s polished the meat off all the bones and is now gnawing on the biggest one, trying to keep himself calm.
You finally emerge, scrubbed of blood and grime, and dressed in a fluffy white robe. A floral soapy scent wafts from you. He doesn’t like how it overtakes your natural odor. He also doesn’t like how puffy and red your eyes are from crying.
The tears must have helped, though, because your interior world is calmer. The worry and grief lingers, but it’s not consuming you. Now, you’re just exhausted.
“Hi.” You give him a small smile. “How was your dinner?”
Paz wags his tail, gesturing at all the bones.
“I’m glad.” With a sigh, you collapse onto the bed. “I didn’t think to buy an extra set of clothes while we were getting food, so I’ve washed mine best I can and they’re hanging to dry.” You run your hands over the plush fabric, accentuating your beautiful form underneath it. “This is so soft, it’ll be nice to sleep in.”
Abandoning the bones, he goes over to the bed and rests his chin on it. His eyes ask if he can join you on it, desperate to be next to you.
“Come on.” You pat the covers.
When he jumps up, his unbelievable mass sends you several inches into the air. You yelp, scrambling for the covers so you don’t fall off the bed. He reaches out a long front paw to snatch your waist before you’re lost to the floor.
Laughing breathlessly, you roll into him. He tucks you under his arm, gently licking the tear-swollen skin around your eyes. Lids fluttering closed, you go still under the caresses.
“Why did tell me you love me and want to be my life partner right before the moon rose?” Your voice is small and confused. “Was it because you didn’t want to talk about it right away? Or because you’re scared of my response?”
Paz isn’t sure what to make of these complicated-sounding questions. But he doesn’t want you to be sad, so he kisses more of your face.
Your fingers dig into his thick fur, sighing again. “It feels like too much, too soon. But it also doesn’t. Because I also love you and I want to be your wife.”
Although the Wolf already knew this, hearing it sends a jolt of excitement through him. He nuzzles your cheeks and nose so ecstatically that you laugh again. “Easy, bone breath.”
He forces himself to calm down. What you seem to need right now is comfort and reassurance, so that’s what he’ll give you. He snuggles you closer to him, wrapping himself in a ball around you. You rest your head against his ruff.
“But I know you can’t stay, which means I have to go with you. And I don’t know if I can do that. Everything I’ve ever known is here. My family’s legacy is here.” Your voice catches. “And... I’m scared.”
Paz roos softly, causing you to look into his eyes. He smiles gently, taking one of your hands and putting it over his heart. Then, he puts his own paw lightly over your heart. The bond mates share means that, no matter what happens, no matter how scary it is, neither of you will be alone.
You must understand enough of what he’s trying to tell you because your turbulent emotions are joined by a new one in that moment: hope. “Do you promise you’ll talk to me more about this tomorrow?”
He nods, poking his human consciousness sharply. He’d better clean up whatever mess he’d left you in and not do it again!
That night, he stays awake, making sure you remain warm and comfortable as you sleep in the nest he’s made of himself. When it’s time for him to shift back to human, he covers you up with blankets and returns to the refresher.
Human again, Paz stares at his reflection in the mirror, taking in eyes that are still flecked with amber from the change.
Things did not go as he’d planned last night. He’d been overzealous and fucked the timing up. Thankfully, your gracious spirit is willing to give him another chance.
After donning his jumpsuit and helmet, he walks into the main room. You’re now awake, smiling sleepily at him.
“Morning,” he says warmly, going to sit next to you. He traces the line of your collarbone visible between the top of the robe with his bare pointer finger.
Your skin heats under the touch and he smells the start of your arousal. Smiling to himself, he continues the gentle movement, adding in all five of his fingers to caress along your neck.
Suddenly, though, you sit up, breaking contact. “Do you remember promising we’d talk?”
It takes a moment for his blood to travel up from his crotch to his brain. “Oh, yeah. I'm sorry about last night. I wasn’t thinking about the time when I asked you to be my mate.”
“It was a shitty thing not to think about,” you scowl, crossing your arms. “Just drop that on me and then not be able to talk all night?”
Paz grimaces. “I know.” He vaguely remembers you asking the Wolf questions about his motivations. “It wasn’t because I wanted to avoid the conversation or your response. I’d been wanting to talk to you about it all day and it just felt like the right moment. Which it obviously wasn’t.”
The tension eases from your shoulders at his explanation. “It might not have been the worst thing, honestly. I was so startled and overwhelmed that having a chance to process was probably for the best.”
He links his hand with yours. “This place is your home, and it’s a lot to ask you to leave. If I didn’t have others counting on me, I’d stay with you, but my people need me.”
You nod, eyes on your hands. “And the truth is... I don’t have anyone here. I’ve been telling myself for years that I’ll find a man, we’ll get the farm profitable, grow a family, and that my line won’t die out. But that’s never happened.”
His other hand tilts your chin up so you have to look into his visor. “I understand what it is to want to preserve a family legacy, to preserve a home. I’ve lost mine, as well. But, we can rebuild ours together.”
You smile your stunning smile. “We can.”
He inhales slowly, determined to do this right this time. “Will you be my mate and riduur?”
There’s no hesitation in your, “Yes, Paz.”

This is for the “For the Fic” challenge whose winner for my fic was @darkficsyouneveraskedfor
The entire plot was her request and I hope that you like it!
summary: after escaping an abusive ex, you find solace in a therapist recommended to you by a friend.
~
“...I know I shouldn’t...but sometimes I blame myself. In Harry, I know that I was looking for what I never had in my family. I think it made me quick to rush into things...to ignore what I should have seen.”
Your eyes remained on the dark carpet, the man before you humming as the scribbling sound of his pen reached your ears. You fought hard not to fidget, a horrible habit you’d picked up in the last 3 years. You finally lifted your head again when the room was bathed in silence, eyes meeting familiar blue ones as he studied you.
You were used to these short moments of silence by now.
You’d been recommended to Dr. Steve Rogers by a friend, a friend who’d helped you escape your violent ex in the dead of night while he’d been away on business. She had grown worried when it became obvious that the effects of your tumultuous relationship would be lasting if you didn’t do something about it. Oddly enough, you’d been receptive. For 2 whole years, you’d wanted to tell someone, have anyone to turn to and talk to, but fear, a very valid fear, had stopped you.
Not only had you been worried for your life, something that was threatened on a constant basis, but you’d also been afraid of judgement. You worried what your friends would say, if they’d blame you for finding yourself in such a predicament, if they’d look down on you for no longer fighting back. It was only by a stroke of luck that Nakia had seen Harry slap you right across the face when he thought she’d left. You were grateful that she’d waited for him to leave before rushing towards your trembling frame, pulling you into her arms as she shushed you.
She had demanded to know how long this had been going on. She had been horrified and confused and angry. It didn’t take her long to come up with a plan, and within 2 weeks, after waiting for Harry to leave the city for 2 days, she’d gotten you out and into her place across town. You didn’t stay for long, maybe a few weeks, wanting nothing but to put it all behind you, and although she was sad to see you go, she understood.
It was how you found yourself in upstate New York, in a secluded tiny thing of a house. You hadn’t even realized that you’d become something of a recluse until Nakia had pointed it out during one of your weekly calls. It had never hit you that you went to work and to home and that was it. You barely ate anymore, so grocery shopping was never a frequent affair. That was when she’d told you about a well known therapist in the area, Steven G. Rogers. You had been shocked by how much you weren’t opposed to the idea as she went on listing all of his credentials.
It was only moments after she hung up that you found yourself researching him yourself. You remembered noting how handsome the man was, even more so in person. His bright blue eyes and silver tresses complimented his strong features nicely, pink lips pulled up into a polite smile. You didn’t find yourself put off by the stranger, thinking to yourself that talking to someone you didn’t know, an objective listener who was paid not to judge you, might be for the best.
You soon found out that was easier said than done.
The first visit had been rocky, barely mumbling a thing and constantly fidgeting. You had hardly been able to meet his eye, and the session had abruptly ended when you’d left early, stumbling over your words as you gave some half assed excuse for your sudden departure. He was far more understanding than you deserved during your second visit. Wracked with guilt and anxiety, you’d written some things down that you wanted to talk about, and thankfully, the man hadn’t laughed at you. In fact, you remembered how fondly he looked at you as you unfolded it.
As it turned out, you didn’t need the slip of paper at all. Notes forgotten, you had rambled on for an hour. It was like once you started, you just couldn’t stop, and Steve simply listened the entire time. The next time he spoke to you was only to tell you that your time was up, and both embarrassment and disappointment had flooded through you. It must have been obvious, plain as day on your features, because Steve reassured you that it was normal to ramble.
You had been reluctant to leave. After years of biting your tongue and living in fear of even making the wrong sound, you finally found someone to listen. Even if it was only a stranger getting paid for it, it was still something. There was someone to express your fears to, and although it had taken some time, terrified that you’d say the wrong thing and upset him, eventually, you started to express your anger too.
“...and then I get angry all over again,” you continued when he said nothing. “...because I’m smart, because red flags in others’ relationships have always been so obvious to me. I’ve always been the mom friend, the one who can spot trouble before it even starts. I’ve helped friends get out of situations before they even had the chance to turn sour…”
You shook your head.
“...and yet...it took a slap to the face to realize just how deep I was in? Not the jealousy, not the anger issues nor the way he’d isolated me from just about everyone in my life...but a slap? It should’ve never gotten to that.”
“You can’t blame yourself for the actions of others.”
It wasn’t the first time you’d heard that. Hell, it wasn’t even the first time he’d told you that, and yet here you were again.
“We can go in circles analyzing your own behavior and the things you did and the things you said, but the truth is that you could play it out in your head a million times. You could do every single thing differently, and it still wouldn’t change a thing.”
The corner of his lips lifted into a crooked smile, a familiar sight.
“Some people are simply cruel, and it has nothing at all to do with you.”
You sharply inhaled, unsure of why such a simple statement resonated with you so deeply. You stared at Steve, blinking a few times, opening your mouth to respond when he glanced at the clock. It was a tell tale sign, and your shoulders sagged. You would think that after seeing him for 7 months now, you’d be used to leaving after only an hour, but it never got easier.
“That’s all the time we have for today,” he said, standing. “You’re progressing nicely, Y/N.”
You rolled your eyes, and he chuckled, eyes crinkling.
“You are. Progress and healing isn’t linear. Sometimes you’re going to take 2 steps back before you can take 10 more forward. It’s all part of the process,” he assured you.
You sighed.
“Well… I guess that does make me feel a bit better,” you replied.
He sent you a small smile as he guided you towards the door.
“I’ll see you next week?”
You returned his smile with a nod and didn’t let your face fall until the door was shut behind you. The good thing about therapy was that you could recognize your own toxic behaviors now, and it was clear that you were becoming reliant on your sessions with Steve. You had never liked being alone, but you had come all the way out here to learn to do just that. For your sake, you needed to learn to love being alone. It was how you had gotten into this mess to begin with.
Your phone vibrated with a call from an unknown number, and figuring it was a scam call, you silenced it.
Your house was practically in the middle of nowhere, so when the tv wasn’t blasting or you didn’t have Spotify playing some light tune, the house could get scarily quiet. But that was what you wanted...right? Harry had always been so explosive. The smallest of things could set him off and then the sound of yelling and shattering glass would rain down on you. Silence and solitude was what you wanted, needed.
Your phone buzzed again as you settled into your car, and you huffed when you noticed it was the same number. Again, you weren’t unfamiliar with scam callers so you ignored it. You noted that you needed to go grocery shopping, but you weren’t on the precipice of starvation just yet, so it could hold off for another day. By the time you got inside, your phone had started to buzz again, and with a frown, you decided to answer it.
“Hello?”
You were met with silence as you unlocked your door, and you repeated yourself, but there was no response. With a sigh, you hung up the phone. You both loved and hated coming home. It was quiet and safe and everything you had craved for years now, but the unfamiliarity of it all unnerved you. Sometimes you were just waiting for Harry to come flying through the door, screaming and breaking things. You had to remind yourself that this silence, this security, is how it’s supposed to be.
You went about making a quick meal, hopping into the shower while leaving the stove on low. When you got out, in the process of moisturizing your arms, you noticed your phone buzzing with another call. From that same number. Unease filled you as you neared it, and you hesitantly reached for it before answering.
Again, you were met with silence, and frustrated and annoyed, you simply blocked the number. A quick look through your phone revealed that you’d missed several calls from the same number while in the bathroom. Blinking with a deepening frown, you set your phone down and made your way to your kitchen. Dinner, like always these days, was quiet. You curled up on the couch with your plate while you watched some old sitcom.
The rest of the night passed as blandly as it always did. Sleep was much easier to find these days, so you had no trouble as soon as your head hit the pillow. However, just as you were on the verge, your phone buzzed with another call. This number didn’t match the previous one, but it was unknown nonetheless. With a groan, you put your phone on silent and rolled over, sleep claiming you.
“I know it’s you,” you sneered into the phone.
Unsurprisingly, you were met with the faint sound of breathing, and you clenched your jaw. You slammed the car door behind you before stomping across the parking lot.
“I know it’s you,” you quietly repeated. “Stay away from me.”
You hung up before blocking the number, the 10th number you had blocked in the past week. Every few hours or so a day, like clockwork, you got calls from an unknown number. You’d always end up blocking the number after the first few calls, but they always called again from a different one. At first, they’d say nothing, and you’d listen to silence for a few seconds before hanging up. Now, they’d taken to breathing in your ear like a creep. It wasn’t even until you blocked the 3rd number did it finally hit you.
Harry.
Harry freaking Osborn.
You felt like such an idiot for not putting it together sooner. Of course, it was Harry. Was this not the same man who threatened to hunt you down and drag you back like some animal if you ever left him? You had always equated woman beaters to cowards so you never thought he’d have the nerve to actually do it. Putting the pieces together didn’t bring you any comfort. Your filthy rich abusive ex had managed to track you down. What comfort was there to find in that?
Since that day, you hadn’t had a proper night of sleep. Your mind was constantly at war with itself on what to do. Having been down this road before, you knew the police would be no help. You’d gone to them once before, at the very beginning after the first time he’d hit you. It was your first harsh lesson that money ruled over everything. If you thought hard enough, you could still recall his hands around your throat, eyes alight with anger at what you’d tried to pull.
Still, you considered at least trying to get a restraining order but at the end of the day, that was a mere piece of paper. If Harry came to your door, it wasn’t going to stop him from hurting you, and that’s even if the whole process went through. They don’t just give restraining orders out willy nilly. You tried not to dwell on that hypothetical situation, but if he’d found your number, it would only be a matter of time before he found your address.
“Oh!”
You’d only just entered the grocery store, barely stepping into an aisle when you bumped into someone. The chips and bread in his hands went flying to the floor, and apologies tumbled from your lips. It was only after you helped him pick up what you made him drop did you realize who you’d run into.
“Dr. Rogers...hi,” you breathed.
The corner of his lips pulled into a crooked smile, head tilting to the side as his gaze fell onto you.
“We’ve discussed this before, Y/N. You’re more than welcome to call me Steve,” he told you.
You gave a nervous chuckle, nodding.
“Yeah...uh… I normally do, it just...it just slipped my mind,” you replied.
He blinked at you, eyes narrowing just a bit as he studied you. His brows furrowed in that concerned way you were used to, a silver strand of hair kissing his forehead.
“Everything okay…?”
You folded your arms over your chest, nodding with a strained smile.
“Everything’s fine,” you lied. “It’s just… It’s been a weird week. Our next session cannot come fast enough.”
You forced a light laugh, and he joined you. He placed a hand on his hip, eyes boring into your own.
“There’s a coffee shop just over there,” he gestured. “Did you want to sit and have a chat?”
You frantically shook your head.
“Oh, no. I couldn’t,” you told him. “I-.”
“I know I’m your therapist, but I want you to think of me as a confidant outside of the office too. You’re more than welcome to talk to me anytime. In fact, I encourage it,” he interrupted.
You nervously eyed him with a frown.
“Are...are you sure?”
His smile was comforting.
“This may be my job, but it’s one I chose because it’s one I enjoy. I don’t want you to feel like you’re only allowed to talk to me during our sessions,” he quietly said.
You bit your lip, and Steve continued.
“I’d hate to think that you’re bottling things up for days on end, suffering in silence because you’re just waiting to talk to me,” he confessed.
Your shoulders sagged, and you hesitantly nodded.
“...okay. I just need to get a few things for the house.”
“Okay,” he said with a smile. “You know where to find me.”
You parted ways, and a sigh escaped you. You really didn’t want to become reliant on Steve. Wasn’t the whole point of therapy to learn how to process your feelings and cope with them better? Running to your therapist every time you have a problem just seemed counterproductive. And yet, once your car was loaded up with the few items you bought, you found yourself making your way to the coffee shop.
After ordering a small drink, you easily spotted Steve at a table in the back. You noted that even outside of your sessions, he still dressed nicely. The dark button down he wore contrasted with his light hair, dark slacks making him appear taller. You felt simultaneously nervous and comforted as you settled across from him. There was a brief silence, one in which you sipped on your drink while he eyed you before finally speaking.
“So what’s on your mind?”
What a loaded question. You struggled over whether or not to tell him the truth. Your abusive ex had found you somehow and was currently harassing you. That’s not something you could just casually drop into the conversation. Besides, Steve was your therapist, not your friend. You didn’t think it fair to rope him into the drama with your ex. That wasn’t part of his job description. Right?
“Just sleepless nights,” you said.
It wasn’t a complete lie. Steve eyed you like he was waiting for you to continue, blue eyes soft.
“I’m also worried that...my past might not remain in the past.”
Once again, this wasn’t a complete lie.
“How so?” Steve hummed.
“I can’t help but wonder about what will happen if Harry finds me. He always threatened that he would if I ever left, and while I never believed him before, I just keep wondering… What if he does?”
Steve tilted his head at you, and you leaned back in your seat with a sigh.
“I’ve moved all the way out here to get away from him. I’ve isolated myself because I thought it was for the best, but it would have the opposite effect if he ever found me. I’ve never been particularly close with my family as you well know, and I’ve left all of my friends. I’m all alone here, and it’s the worst thing to be if he ever did track me down.”
Like always, you had started to ramble, and you snapped your mouth closed, embarrassment flooding through you.
“What brought all of this on?”
Steve’s eyes were sincere as he ran them over you, handsome face twisted in concern, and you glanced away.
“Just thinking,” you lamely replied, eyes on your drink now. “It’s something I’ve always thought about, sure, but it’s been more pressing as of late.”
“Well...that’s what I’m here for. You shouldn’t have to deal with these thoughts alone,” he eventually said.
“I know,” you sighed, rubbing your temples. “...but I shouldn’t become so reliant on you. The whole point of therapy is to learn to deal with these things on my own, is it not?”
Steve exhaled, leaning back in his seat as he gazed at you.
“Not necessarily. Not always,” he answered. “...but even then, until you can get to that point, it’s best to lean into your support. After all, you’ve gotta crawl before you can walk, right?”
You nodded, taking in his words.
“...and even when you’re walking, you usually need someone there in the beginning to hold your hand in case you fall. I encourage you to talk to your friends more, maybe even branch out and find some friends here, but I’m here as well. Don’t halt any of your progress because you feel like you need to be dealing with this alone. Outside help does more for your progress than you’d think.”
“I guess that does make sense. I don’t know… I just- I’d feel so bad about showing up at your office throughout all hours of the day or calling your receptionist-.”
You cut yourself off when he took out a pen and a slip of paper.
“Here,” he said, scribbling a number on it before handing it to you. “This is my personal number.”
Your eyes widened.
“Oh, I can’t-.”
“It’s fine, trust me.”
You hesitantly returned his smile, taking the piece of paper.
“Don’t hesitate to call me anytime you want to,” he told you, standing.
You joined him, fingering the note before sliding it into your pocket.
“Thank you…Steve. I don’t know if I’ll ever actually call you, but just knowing that I have the option makes me feel so much better,” you whispered.
You heard his pager go off, and you watched as he glanced at it. He let out a sigh, and if you didn’t know any better, you’d say he sounded disappointed.
“I’ve got to go, but I hope you’ll use that number if you need to.”
Thanking him again, you said your goodbyes, and you watched as he exited the shop. The slip of paper felt heavy in your pocket, so you solved that by putting his number into your phone. Just as you were about to put it back into your purse, it buzzed with a call from an unknown number. Fear settled into your gut, and with a grimace, you silenced the call and blocked the number.
You were late. You were so late it was laughable to even show up at this point. Your shoes tapped against the tile as the numbers on the elevator lit up as it passed each floor. You slipped through the doors as soon as they parted, and with no mind to check in, the receptionist calling your name, you raced towards Steve’s office. You reached his door just as he opened it to step out, and the papers that he was holding scattered to the floor as you collided with him. You hadn’t even realized how fast you’d been running until you were knocked on your ass.
You could hear the heels of the receptionist as she ran over, apologizing to Steve for letting you slip past her, but he waved her off. She reluctantly returned to her desk, and you scrambled to sit up, reaching for everything that had fallen.
“I was beginning to think you’d never show,” Steve joked.
You gave a shaky laugh.
“I uh...I got caught up,” you replied through trembling lips, fingers shaking as you struggled to stack all of his paperwork.
You could feel Steve’s eyes on you, but you avoided his gaze.
“I know I’m late. Our hour is practically over, but I- I just… Um, crap.”
You had dropped the papers all over again, and you both reached for them at the same time. At least, that was what you thought. Steve’s hands covered yours, and you only just realized how badly they were shaking.
“Y/N.”
His voice was soft, exactly what you needed right now, but you couldn’t look him in the eye.
“Y/N, is everything alright?”
Your chest was tight, and you wanted to will your lips to form a yes. You wanted to tell him that everything was fine, but you couldn’t even get the words out. He called your name again, and you suddenly stood, taking the papers with you. You handed them to him as he followed your lead, still avoiding his eye.
“I’m sorry for being late, and I know that you probably have another session-.”
“I don’t,” he interrupted. “Come in.”
You glanced up from beneath your lashes as he opened the door, ushering you inside. You wrapped your arms around yourself as he shut the door behind you.
“Is everything okay?”
You turned your face away from him, unable to keep it from crumbling as you held in a sob.
“Y/N.”
The way he called your name had you freezing in place, a shiver running through you at his firm tone, authority in the one simple word. In a way, it reminded you of Harry, and you looked to him with wide eyes. Seeming to understand what he’d done, Steve sighed before sitting down, making himself appear smaller to show that he wasn’t a threat to you.
“I’m sorry,” he genuinely apologized. “I shouldn’t have spoken to you like that. Please...sit.”
You hesitantly did so and reached out to take the tissue he offered you. You hadn’t even realized that you’d started crying.
“Now… I’m going to ask you again, and I’m begging you to please be honest with me. I’m here to help you in any way I can,” he whispered.
You wiped your face, sinking your teeth into your lip.
“It’s...Harry.”
Steve’s face was pinched with concern.
“What is it? Are you having nightmares again-?”
“No, you don’t understand. He’s calling me,” you confessed.
Steve froze, blinking a few times before his eyes widened, your words finally registering. You sniffed, fighting to hold in a sob.
“It started weeks ago, before we ran into each other that night…”
You didn’t miss the disappointment that flitted over his features, lips pressed together.
“...and I know I should’ve said something then-.”
“You should’ve called me.”
“I know! I know, but… I don’t know. I just wanted to handle this on my own,” you quietly said.
He didn’t respond, and you turned your eyes towards the window.
“Last time...I wasn’t able to get away on my own. I wanted it to be different this time. At first, I simply blocked him but he kept calling and calling from different numbers. Then I got a new phone...and eventually another, but it’s still the same. He keeps finding me,” you tearfully told him. “...and today…”
Your eyes met his, and you were comforted by the concern you saw there.
“Today I was at the police station. That’s why I was late.”
Steve straightened up at this.
“I thought that maybe I could get a restraining order or maybe they could trace the calls to show that it’s him, but the whole visit was useless. They boiled it down to petty relationship drama, and since there’s no record of his violent behavior because I never reported anything…”
You shrugged, scoffing.
“There’s basically nothing they can do. The whole visit was a waste,” you spat.
Steve heaved a sigh, and he slowly reached out towards you, leaning forward.
“I didn’t ask before, but… Is it alright if I hold your hand?”
You nodded. That was what you liked about Steve. He was always asking for your consent with just about everything, even the simplest of things, and it was such a nice contrast to Harry who used to feel like he was entitled to your body. Steve took your hand, throwing you a comforting smile as he eyed you, worried.
“I wish that you had called me,” he said.
You looked down, guilt filling you.
“I could have helped you before it ever got to this point. I have friends on the force, friends in high places who could lock this creep up if you wanted.”
“I feel like an idiot.”
Of course Steve, Dr. Steven Rogers, knew people who could help you. Of course he did! Your stubbornness had gotten you far deeper into this than necessary.
“What have I said about self deprecating language?”
“Sorry,” you murmured.
“You’re not an idiot. Don’t talk about yourself like that. You’re just a woman trying to find her strength again.”
You hesitantly nodded, and he brushed his thumb over the back of your hand.
“I want you to get rid of your phone,” he suggested.
You frowned, and he continued before you could question him.
“I’ll work on getting a new one for you. A secure one under my name.”
You frowned, not liking the idea of being so indebted to him.
“Steve, I don’t know-.”
“It’ll only be temporary. You can use it until I talk to some people and have him properly dealt with.”
Even though you weren’t keen on the idea, you reluctantly agreed.
“...and you have to promise me one thing…”
You eyed him, holding his gaze as you waited for him to continue.
“Promise me that you’ll call me the second he bothers you again,” he proposed.
Accepting the fact that your stubbornness was doing you more harm than good, you nodded. Steve seemed pleased with that, and with one last pat on your hand, he let you go. As he guided you out of your office, your phone in his hand, you felt more hopeful than you had in over a month. You felt so silly for not seeking out his help sooner, and you couldn’t deny the weight that had been lifted from your shoulders as you settled into your car.
True to his word, at your next session, Steve presented you with a new phone. It had all of your important contacts with Steve being at the top of the list. Embarrassment had flooded you as you thanked him with tears in your eyes. The week without your phone had been the most peace you’d had in a while, and you finally got some much needed rest.
“You haven’t heard anything from him, have you?” he’d asked you.
“No,” you answered, shaking your head. “Not a peep.”
He threw you that same smile that always brought you comfort.
“Good. Even if you never do, you’re always free to call me,” he’d reminded you.
Finally deciding to let your stubbornness go, you did. Talking to Steve outside of your sessions was easier than you thought it’d be. It was like talking to a friend. Sometimes you’d meet up at that same coffee shop not too far from his office, and other times you’d be putting a quick meal together while he was on the other line, listening to you ramble. You soon realized that it wasn’t just his profession that made him that way, but Steve truly was an unbiased listener. He never judged you for any steps back in your progress nor for any of your more self deprecating thoughts.
Best of all, you hadn’t heard anything more from Harry.
Not until he knocked on your door one night.
It was late when you’d heard the pounding on the wood, and having been watching tv in your room, you wondered if you imagined it. It was only moments later that you’d heard it again. Your eyes had widened, sitting up in alarm. No one knew you lived here. Not even your mailman. All of your mail collected at a Post Office box before you eventually went to pick it up. You stood, standing in your room, trembling in fear before a knock on your bedroom window had you screaming.
You didn’t hesitate to call the police, and it took longer than you liked for them to arrive. All the while, you dealt with knocking and pounding on your window and door. Back and forth, it alternated with minutes in between before stopping altogether when the sound of sirens could be heard. Unsurprisingly, and frustratingly, the police didn’t find anyone.
“Look, we’ll get this report down to the station,” the brunette had told you, not looking concerned in the least.
Frustration filled you, and you shuffled on your feet.
“Can’t you...idk, have someone stay here? Not even the whole night but just a few hours in case they come back?”
The tall man sighed, and you glanced at his badge. Officer Barnes, you noted.
“With all due respect mam, we can’t just have one of our officers sitting in your yard because someone knocked on your door-.”
“I told you-!”
“I know, I know. The windows too,” he said, sounding exasperated, and your frown deepened. “The best we can do is get this down to the station. You’re more than welcome to call us again should anyone come back.”
You crossed your arms over your chest as they left, finding no relief. You swallowed as you thought about Steve. You didn’t want to, but Harry had found you, tormenting you by knocking on your house in the dead of night. This was exactly the reason Steve had given you his number. Swallowing down your stubbornness, and with a deep breath, you called him.
He didn’t sound like he was asleep, and for that you were grateful. You would’ve kicked yourself if you had woken him up. Finally getting out why you’d called him was an awkward affair, stumbling over your words, and you felt even worse as he agreed to come over. There was no hesitation, and you couldn’t help but feel as if you were taking advantage of Steve’s generosity.
You mumbled out your address, surprised to realize how relieved you were. You couldn’t remember the last time you had trusted a man this much. Harry had made you so paranoid, but you supposed that was what therapy was for. This was why you had all those sessions with Steve. To learn to heal and to trust again.
You opened the door with a small smile when he finally pulled into your yard. He was dressed comfortably, and you felt much better about your own ratty t-shirt and leggings, but his casual attire made him no less striking.
“Thank you,” you breathed as he stepped inside.
“I was up going over paperwork when you called. I’m glad you did,” he told you.
You leaned against the door as you closed it, rubbing your arms.
“I didn’t know if I should. It’s just… He was here, Steve. Knocking on my door and window like something out of a horror movie, and the police treated it like it was nothing,” you complained.
Steve tilted his head at you with a sad smile.
“First thing in the morning, I’m going to make some more calls. Since he’s in town, it should be easy to have him put away. At the very least, a restraining order.”
Relief and hope filled you as you brushed past him.
“I really can’t thank you enough for coming over. I promise I won’t keep you long, just until I feel I can be ok being alone,” you said over your shoulder.
He followed you into the kitchen.
“Can I get you anything to drink? Eat? It’s the least I can do.”
“Some wine might be nice. You might want to pour yourself a glass too,” he suggested.
You chuckled, and he joined you, but you agreed with him nonetheless. You poured a glass for both of you, and you leaned against the counter with a sigh.
“I just don’t understand why he can’t leave me alone. Hasn’t he put me through enough?”
Steve hummed.
“From what you’ve told me, he strikes me as a narcissist. I’d bet that he doesn’t want you to move on,” he mused.
“Maybe,” you distractedly replied as you heard your phone ring. “I’ll be right back. Let me grab that super quick, it might be Nakia.”
Your phone was in your room, but by the time you reached it, it had stopped ringing. Sure enough, it was a missed call from your best friend, and you brought your phone with you to the kitchen, determined to call her back. Steve’s eyes were fond when you returned, and you shrugged.
“I need to call her back. I’ll only be a moment,” you said, swiping your glass.
“Take all the time you need.”
You made your way to the living room, taking your place on the couch as you called her back. She answered almost immediately.
“Hey, what’s up?”
She greeted you with a soft exhale.
“Uh… Harry’s...dead.”
You froze at her words, pulling the glass away from your lips. You blinked a few times, trying to come to terms with what she’d said.
“...what?”
“I just found out. I honestly didn’t know how you’d take the news, but I thought you should know.”
She was right. You yourself didn’t even know how you felt about this news. You had loved this man at one point...but he was also your abuser. This was good news...right?
“How?” you finally asked her.
She sighed.
“Apparently, he’d been missing for months-.”
“Months?”
“Yeah,” she quietly replied. “They found and identified his body today. I just saw it on the news.”
Your stomach twisted as the truth, and the meaning behind it, sank in. Just because Harry had been missing for months, it didn’t mean that he’d been dead for months. It very well could have been him harassing you like you believed. But...if they’d found and identified his body today, then there was no way it was him at your house tonight.
“Thank you,” you eventually said. “Um… I’m glad you told me.”
“Are you alright?
“Yeah, I’ll be okay,” you honestly replied. “I’m just a little unsure of how I feel about all of this, but I’ll call you tomorrow when I’ve slept on it.”
“Alright. Be safe.”
You said your goodbyes and returned to the kitchen with an empty glass.
“Everything okay?” Steve questioned.
Your face must have been an open book.
“Harry’s dead,” you scoffed, blinking as you still fought to process this.
Steve didn’t respond, and just like one of your sessions, he seemed to be waiting for you to continue.
“Apparently he’d been missing for months and they just identified his body today. There’s no way it could have been him knocking on my door tonight, and now...now I’m even more scared than I was before,” you confessed. “God, I can’t even fully come to terms with my feelings on this because I’m realizing that Harry might not have been the only thing I should’ve been afraid of.”
“Hey,” Steve soothingly said, nearing you. “Are you sure it wasn’t someone who got lost? Maybe they had the wrong house?”
You thought about it before shaking your head.
“No, it definitely didn’t seem like that. Oh my God,” you cried, letting your head fall into your hands.
Steve pulled you into his arms, startling you, but you eventually relaxed, the wine settling into your system nicely.
“It’s going to be alright-.”
“What if it isn’t? Because I’m the idiot who thought that Harry was the only possible danger out there, I’ve attracted another without even realizing it.”
“Hey, hey,” he soothed. “Maybe it was nothing, and maybe it was more. Either way, I’m only a phone call away. Say the word, and I’ll have an officer living in your yard if need be.”
You chuckled at that, and nodded.
“Thank you,” you said, looking at him. “I-.”
You swallowed your words when his lips met yours, soft and demanding as they moved against your own. You were stunned, and it took you a moment to realize just what was happening before you pulled away. You stared at Steve with wide eyes, hesitantly reaching up to touch your lips as you took a step back.
“Steve…”
“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do that,” he breathed.
Your lips parted, a soft gasp escaping you at both his words and the fire in his gaze. It was so sudden and great that it froze you.
“Steve, I think… I think you should go,” you whispered, almost in disbelief.
He frowned at you, tilting his head just a tad as he folded his arms over his chest.
“Go? Why would I do that when you’re not feeling well?”
You opened your mouth to repeat yourself, even demand to know what he meant, but a sudden wave of nausea hit you, head feeling fuzzy. Steve caught you just as you stumbled, and you frowned, fighting to get out of his arms.
“What…?”
“You seemed really tense. I thought you could use something to take the edge off…”
You stared at him in disbelief, attempting to blink away the stars in your vision. Your legs felt like they were made of Jell-O as Steve guided you towards the living room. He deposited you on the couch, and you could hardly do anything as he laid you down, sitting beside you. His blue eyes, normally so soft and comforting, were dark with a longing you had never seen before.
“You were like a wounded little lamb when you first came to me,” he murmured, brushing his thumb over your lip. “So lost...broken… It’s because of me that you’re even halfway back together again.”
His hands moved to slowly undress you, taking his time, and your hands might as well had been air as you tried to stop him. You shuddered as the cool air in the house hit you, nipples pebbling, even more so when Steve brushed his fingers over them.
“I wanted to wrap you in my arms during that first session. Drag you back as you tried to leave, show you how a woman should be touched by a man.”
You were in a state of shock, disbelief coursing through you as you watched Steve undress. Even at his age, the man was a wall of muscle, thick bands making you swallow in fear as you hopelessly tried to tell yourself that this was a dream.
“Steve,” you whispered.
“I had to be patient. I didn’t want to scare you off, push you into the arms of another dangerous man. I had to help you heal before showing the kind of man I can be for you,” he told you, fingers on your face as he neared you again.
Your whole body felt weighed down, and you couldn’t stop your tears even if you wanted to. Your touch was light as you pressed your hands to his chest, feeling like you were going to be sick as he settled over you.
“Harry is gone. He can’t hurt you anymore, and I’m going to make sure no one ever hurts you again.”
The irony was not lost on you, but the way he said that struck something in you, and your mind traveled to the unthinkable. You didn’t get the chance to think about it some more before Steve was forcing himself inside of you. A choking noise escaped you as he filled you to the hilt, your legs spread wide to accommodate his frame. Steve released a shuddering breath, breathing through his nose, body trembling as he delighted in the feel of you wrapped around him.
It was amazing that while all of your senses felt dulled, you could feel his pulsing member inside of you so well. He surrounded you, bulky frame caging you in, and you felt like you would pass out from suffocation. Steve sighed just before his lips met yours, and your stomach clenched as he moved within you. A broken moan slipped out against your will, and Steve groaned at the sound.
“I’ll show you pleasure that you’ve never known, touch you in ways you never felt. I know how to make you happy,” he purred, his pace languid as he thrust in and out of you.
You turned your head away, the furniture of your living room blurring together from whatever he’d slipped into your drink.
“I know your deepest desires and your deepest fears. I know you better than anyone else out there…”
You hated that in a way, Steve was right. You’d bared yourself to him under the guise of trust and healing. He really did know all there was to know about you, and you hated yourself for it. You hated him for hiding his intentions so well, for taking advantage of your vulnerability and trauma. He tutted as you started to squirm beneath him.
“After all I’ve done for you...in all the ways I’ve helped you, the least you could do is give yourself to me. I deserve to reap the benefits of my efforts-.”
You gasped beneath him, legs kicking around him, but he only pressed himself more firmly against you.
“...I’ve gone out of my way to make sure you were safe, to protect you so that no more threats remained to you nor our relationship.”
“You’re crazy-.”
You cut yourself off with a yelp as he nipped at your neck, jerking in his hold as he continued to snap his hips into yours. His hands were gentle on you, a contrast to how he fucked you, his pace increasing with every passing minute. Despite the fact that you could hardly move, he wrapped his arms around you, holding you in place as the sound of your coupling filled the room, your core now wet and slick from his ministrations.
Steve seemed intoxicated, blissfully immersed in the feel of you and how you clung to him. His low groans and moans filled your ear, and you could do nothing as he covered your lips again, tongue tasting you, moaning at the taste of wine that still remained.
“My touch will never cause you harm, bringing you nothing but pleasure for the rest of our lives.”

Hi lovely!!! I was wondering if you could write a small second part to that Osamu Drabble - where the reader notices Osamu become more quiet and closed off and she has to show him he deserves everything in the world and more (smut or fluff) and then like a fluffy ending???? My heart can’t take the angst T.T but no rush or anything thank you!
i still can’t stop thinking about osamu so,,, absolutely yes i would love to write a part 2!!! part 1 is here <3
pls i started writing this and got to like 600 words before i realized i was writing a completely different prompt i hate myself ,,, anyways this took me like an hour idk why. felt like i could do samu more justice but :(
there’s something different, and it only takes you a week to notice.
there’s something different about everything. about the way osamu loves you, talks to you, hugs you, kisses you, cooks for you, cleans with you, dances with you. your home somehow feels colder, lonelier, like it isn’t home, and it’s so off putting that it’s both frustrating and depressing. and despite the fact that you can recognize that something is off, something is twisted, something is wrong, you don’t understand why, and it’s possibly more angering than anything.
it’s a week and two days when you’re first vocal about it. you’re sitting at your dinner table, picking and pushing at your food mindlessly as you sit across from osamu. he’s quiet, and while that isn’t entirely unusual— osamu likes to think listening is his stronger suit, so you’ve taken up to talking majority of the time you’re together— it still feels off. like he’s purposely silencing himself. it looks as if he’s being weighed down, as if his heart’s too heavy in his chest and his thoughts are too messy to think through. and the fact that he continues to stay silent hurts you more than simply watching him suffer.
“’samu, baby,” you quietly call out to him, and in response, he simply hums, eyes finding yours and head tilting slightly in question. you can’t be careful enough as you ask, “is everything okay?”
unsurprisingly, but still as disappointing as ever, he nods, offering a weak smile and a murmur of, “‘course, lovely.”
you sigh in defeat.
you try again later that night, as the two of you slip into bed from opposite sides. you ask again, and he smiles weakly, again, offering you a small, practiced excuse of, “just tired, wanna sleep,” before he shuffles beneath the covers.
for the next few days, you relieve him of your questioning, and instead offer him silent love and reassurance. you urge him to take a bath with you, sitting him down between your legs and scrubbing at his hair, scratching at his scalp reassuringly, kneading and massaging at his muscles. when he comes home from work, every day, you’ve either made him a grand meal or prepared his favorite dessert for later, and yet, he barely eats it, picking at it and taking small bites in order to spare your worry. still, you wake up earlier than him to prepare him breakfast, making him his coffee just the way he likes it, cooking his food just the way he likes it, waking him up with a gentle kiss to his forehead. and still, you lay with him on the couch, head on his chest, tucked beneath his chin, and you lift up your phone to show him a ridiculous video or a funny tweet.
and still, you love him as quietly as you can, as subtly as you can, because that’s what love has always been for osamu.
two weeks later, as you lean over the sink in your bedroom’s bathroom, scrubbing and washing at your face, his arms find your waist, and his face finds a place buried in your neck.
“i love ya, you know that?” his voice is muffled slightly by the thin shirt you wear, but you hear him loud and clear.
standing up straighter, you lean back into him, and reach up with your hand to card softly through his hair. “i know,” you say, reassuringly adding, “i love you too.”
quietly, you twist around, only when he lets you of course, and you face him. his arms remain around you, tight around your waist, and you let him hold you close, reaching up to cup his face and urging him to look at you. his eyes are a lot less sadder than they were two weeks before.
“do you need to talk to me, baby?” you wonder, kindly prodding. “it’s okay if you don’t, but know that i’ll listen if you do.”
osamu sighs deeply, attempting to smile down at you before he nods. “yeah,” he replies, and his voice is shaky and broken and so far away that you hear your heart break in your chest.
with another soft, “okay,” from you, you lead him to your bedroom, sitting across from him on your bed. he crosses his legs, back to the headboard, and you mirror his position, facing him. he looks so tense as he fidgets with his hands on his lap, gaze faltering.
“‘samu, you can tell me anything,” you encourage him. “i promise, anything.”
he seems to consider this, cracking his knuckles, before he opens his mouth and asks, “have ya ever considered leavin’ me for ‘tsumu?”
you deflate slightly, and give him a confused look, cautiously and curiously asking, “why would i want to do that?” at osamu’s widening eyes, you quickly add, “i love — you. why would i want to leave you? for anyone?”
he fumbles with his next words, hands finding purchase in his trousers, gripping them at the knees. “’m sorry, lovely,” he admits. “i jus’— feel like— forget it, it’s okay.”
you’re quick to scramble forward, closer to him, your palms settled atop his hands. “no, no, talk to me,” you plead, “please, baby.” his eyes find yours, and god, he looks so— scared. one hand leaves his and reaches up to cup his face instead, your face hovering closer to his. with a gentle, tiny kiss pressed to the corner of his mouth, you whisper out, “i love you, ‘samu; talk to me.”
“you love me?” his voice is considerable smaller as he says this, as if he’s speaking more to himself than anything. “you love me?”
“i love you,” you repeat. “i love you and i only want to be with you. no one else. no one, not even atsumu.”
his eyes are watery as they find yours again, but he bites down harshly on his tongue, only opening his mouth once more when the haziness clears up. “and i’m enough for ya? ya don’t think you can do better? be with better?” he’s not attacking you.
he’s genuinely asking.
“wh—“
“yer okay with— with the lesser twin? with just miya atsumu’s brother? ya don’t want more?”
“‘samu,” you breathe out, and his mouth shuts, but he hadn’t been meaning to say more. he thinks if he had, his lungs would’ve burst. “‘samu, you’re not— you really think so lowly of yourself?” his eyes fall from yours again, but your other hand cups his face, forcing his gaze to firmly settle on yours. “you’re not the lesser twin. neither of you is. you’re two separate people, who have both made and built such wonderful lives for themselves, chasing their own respective passions. you’re not miya atsumu’s brother; you’re miya osamu. you’re miya osamu, owner of onigiri miya, successful businessman, lover of mine, and he’s miya atsumu— some volleyball player, i don’t know—“
he manages a laugh at this, eyes watering again.
“i love you so much it hurts, ‘samu. and there is so much more to you, so much more that makes you you. that makes you so special, that makes me fall in love with you every single day. the way you style your hair, or the stupid way you crack your eggs, or the really quick way you tie an apron ,or the way you always fluff up your pillows before you sleep, or the way you fold your clothes. that little dance you do when you think nobody can see when you cook something and it turns out looking so good. the way you kiss me goodnight, the way you hold my hand, the way you take pictures of anything and everything and send it to me, be it a really cool looking cloud or a weird assortment or pebbles you’d found on the ground.
“i feel like loving you is so — easy. as easy as breathing. i wake up every morning and i love you more than the day before. i wake up every morning feeling so sure and so at peace with the fact that i wake up to you every morning. the first though that comes to my mind when i think of anything is you. you’re everything to me. you’re my before, my now, my after.
“there is no one— no one— that could make me feel the way you do. there is no one i could picture by my side for the rest of my life. no one i wanna wake up with and brush my teeth with and have breakfast with and run stupid, boring errands with and talk about my day with. it’s only you, ‘samu. it’s only ever been you, and it will only ever be you. always you. always you.”
his arms are gripping at your waist before you can process it, his face buried in your neck as he trembles and shakes. you think you can hear him sniffle, but you don’t pay too much attention. instead, your arms wrap around his neck, climbing onto his lap to be as close to him as possible. you hold each other like this, for hours upon hours, because you don’t know for how long he’d needed this, and you hadn’t realize how much you’d needed it too.

Hiii Hii!!! May I request for Draco🥺
Fluff prompt 3: "It's you. It's always been you."
Steams scenes 6: "Touch Me"
And miscellaneous 12: only one bed AU
Thank youuu❣️
Travelling Companions // Draco Malfoy
a/n: NSFW - minors DNI. FEMALE READER. 2k words (not really a blurb anymore), and the fic that has inspired my latest series so pieces of this will be taken and used there that’s why this may feel very rushed. The series will be slower.
Fluff 3: “It’s you. It’s always been you.”
Steamy Scenes 6: “Touch me.”
Misc 12: only one bed.
Upon the end of the Second Wizarding War and the disgrace of his family, Draco Malfoy left the country. There was very little keeping him tied to England; a family torn apart by their beliefs, a cold house that was not a home, an inheritance built off the very hatred pedalled by his father.
No, Draco Malfoy did not want to stay in the country.
Similarly, you refused to stay at home too. Having seen the lifeless bodies of your friends, the nightmares had become too much for you to remain at home. Instead, you packed up your things, kissed your parents on the cheeks, promising to send them a postcard from every destination.
It’s in Italy where the two of you cross paths.
The night was unusually warm; sweat rolling down your back as you walked through the thick crowds on the Ponte Vecchio. You had no distinct aim of your night; happy to wander until the early hours of the morning, falling into your bed with very little to think about other than your plans for the following day.
It’s as your dodging multiple bodies that you spy a shock of blonde hair that you swear was familiar.
“Draco?” You call, watching the tall figure pause, “Draco Malfoy?”
The blonde turns at the sound of your voice.
“Of all the people to meet in Florence,” You smile, “What are you doing here?”
“An extended gap year as the muggles would call it,” He answers, looking mildly uncomfortable at being recognised abroad.
“Well,” You nod, “It was nice to see you, enjoy the rest of your travels.”
Draco nods, a small, polite smile on his face. He doesn’t say anything to which you turn away, continuing your journey across the bridge in the hopes of finding something to eat and soon.
“(Y/N)!” Draco calls after a moment.
You turn back to the man, finding him only a few steps behind you. His eyes are bright, cheeks flushed as he asks, “What are your plans for tonight?”
“I was going to get some food and then walk about aimlessly. Why?”
“Can I join you?” He asks; the words leaving his mouth in such a rush that Draco looks shocked at the speed. “What I mean to say is: would you like some company? It would be nice to catch up with a friendly face.”
“Of course,” You laugh, “You’re more than welcome to join me.”
Draco falls into step beside you as you wander the length of the bridge, both eagerly looking for a restaurant to catch up in.
Conversation flows naturally with the blonde, as does the laughter and the wine. You reminisce over the lighter days of your education, as well as sharing countless stories of your travels, finding yourself enjoying Draco’s company far more than you expected.
“Where are you going to next?” Draco asks, grey eyes inquisitive as he sips at his red wine.
“Greece,” You answers, “I’m island hopping for a little while. I’ve heard stories of an island that feels like the end of the world, and I want to check it out. Where are you off to next?”
“Greece, if you can believe it,” He answers, topping up your wine glasses with the dregs of the bottle.
“I’ve a proposition for you, Malfoy,” You announce over your refreshed glass of red wine. “I’ve grown tired of travelling alone, I miss conversation and company. We’re both travelling to Greece next – why don’t you join me?”
Draco ponders your proposition through his next bite of food, weighing up the pros and cons through a mouthful of Tagliatelle Funghi Porcini e Tartufo. “Alright,” He eventually says, wiping his mouth on a cloth napkin, “I’ll join you. I’ve grown lonely on my travels too.”
Your shoulders sag as Draco’s words wash over you. It had become lonely travelling alone, that much was true, but you couldn’t shake the feeling that you were meant to run into Draco tonight. That there was something bigger at play.
-------
The Ionian Islands were beautiful; travelling with Draco at your side made it easier for you to rest at night, no longer plagued by nightmares as often, but it gave you someone to talk to when the night had been bad.
Kefalonia held its own charm; its quiet punctuated only by the clinking of wine glasses on the wine tours shared with Draco.
Your time on the Ionian Islands had you seeing Draco in a different light; the sun had bronzed his skin and you couldn’t help but stare when his shirt came off at the beach. Something was changing between the two of you; the both of you lingering on a night, not wanting to be the one to say good night, not wanting to be the one to draw it all to a close.
You could only hope that things would change soon.
---------
“Are we staying in the port?” Draco asks, eyeing you carefully as you hold your hand out for a taxi. Wearing black slacks and a white t-shirt, Draco was unintentionally drawing the attention of most women and men in the port of Skiathos
“Nope,” You answer as the taxi pulls up beside you both, “We’re staying in Troulos.”
The hotel was a small, family run establishment that you had read about in one of the many travel guides bought before you left England. Draco leaves you to check in, letting you admire the scenery as you wait patiently for him to return.
The owner is the one to lead you both through the hotel, smiling politely at you as he leaves you outside your room, explaining the opening times for the bar and the pool.
“There’s only one bed, Draco,” You state obviously as you enter the room, pointing to the bed in offence.
“I noticed,” He deadpans, fixing you with an unimpressed look. “Look, I’m not sleeping on the tiled floor. So, we either share, or you sleep on the floor.”
“Ever the gentleman,” You drawl, arching a single eyebrow. Draco smirks as he bows; the motion executed perfectly, highlighting his very expensive etiquette lessons as a small boy. “Fine,” You huff, dropping your bag onto the bed, “We share, but I’m warning you now, Malfoy, I hog the blankets.”
“I wouldn’t expect anything less,” The blonde snorts, wandering to the bathroom where you hear the shower begin to flow.
Settling down on the bed, you press a hand to your forehead, already sticky with sweat. Your stomach turned with butterflies as you think of the night to come, sharing a bed with Draco. The feelings for the man had surprised you; you hadn’t expected to feel anything for him, simply happy to have company on the last leg of your travels, but here you were – craving his touch and his attention as if it were your lifeline.
The shower turns off, and you jump up, grabbing your toiletries in an effort to give you something to do to draw your mind from the sight of Draco in a towel.
“I’m going to shower and get ready, and then we’ll go get some food, okay?” You call out, pushing past the blonde as he leaves the bathroom in nothing, but a small, fluffy, white towel wrapped around his waist.
“I’ll be waiting!” Draco calls out, laughter rich in his voice.
As you sink against the bathroom door, it’s then that you realise, you’re fucked.
-------
It became a quick tradition on your travels with Draco that you would alternate who would pick the restaurant that evening. As you chose where to eat the previous night, it was now Draco’s turn.
The restaurant he chooses is quaint, set off just from the main road running through that part of the island. It’s fairly busy, many families laughing and drinking through the evening.
The waitress hands you the menus, her eyes lingering on Draco a little bit too long for you to feel comfortable. You smile politely as you give her your drink orders, immediately feeling awful for the curtness of your tone when you had no claim to the man sat next to you.
Food is ordered and conversation continues to flow, but you find yourself caught up in the way that Draco makes you feel. Every glance, every smile, every unintentional touch – it leaves you close to breathless with butterflies raging in your gut and your heart close to pounding out of your chest. You had never felt like this, and your poor heart could only hope that Draco felt the same.
When the food arrives, it doesn’t take long for you to gush over the meal. “You have to try this!” You cry out as you take your first bite of your meal, gathering another forkful for Draco. “It’s wonderful!”
Holding your fork out, you expect Draco to take the utensil from you, but he doesn’t. Instead, he leans in, his lips wrapping around the fork in a manner that leaves you hungry for something that certainly wasn’t food.
“What do you think?” You ask huskily, throat dry.
Draco chews, pondering over the food. A smirk gathers on his lips as he swallows, “Delectable.”
The both of you fall silent as your meals are finished; the only sound between you being the scraping of cutlery on plates, but you cannot help but wonder whether Draco can hear the pounding of your heart every time he smiles at you, or whether he can sense the change in your feelings as you yearn for him silently.
“You were jealous – of the waitress – weren’t you?” Draco’s voice sounds, breaking your reverie. Blinking, you find him watching you with a curious look on his face.
“Yes,” You confess in a single breath, shifting your gaze from Draco’s, fiddling with the napkin in front of you.
“There was no need.”
“Oh?”
“It’s you,” He breathes, tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear, “It’s always been you.”
“Take me back to the room, Draco,” You whisper, leaning into his touch.
Draco wastes no time paying the bill, whisking you from the restaurant and down the road to your hotel.
The door slams against the wall as you both fall into the room; hands pulling at clothing, lips attached save for the breathy laughter filling the room. He tastes of the anise instilled into the Ouzo shared at dinner; his lips fit seamlessly against yours as he backs you through to the bedroom, his hands wandering – memorising every dip and curve of your body.
Draco lays you out on the bed gently as if worried of hurting you in some form or another.
“What do you want?” Draco asks, grey eyes bright in the muted light of the room.
“You,” You state, sitting up on the bed, pressing your hands to the man’s bare chest, scraping your fingernails down his pale skin.
Draco shivers at your touch, barely repressing the low groan growing in the back of his throat. “Where do you want me?” He hums, not giving you the time to answer the question as he begins his onslaught of addictive kisses.
“Here?” He purrs, kissing your jaw. “Or here?” He asks, dropping a feather light kiss to your neck, pushing you back onto the bed. “What about here?” Draco teases, pressing blazing kiss after blazing kiss down the centre of your cleavage to the top of your underwear leaving you a wanton mess as you writhe underneath him.
“Darling,” He whispers, “What do you want from me?”
“Touch me,” You all but beg, reaching for the blonde’s hand, fitting it where you need him most.
It’s then that all self-control Draco had snaps; his hand slips into your underwear, fingers slipping through your slick folds. The gasp that leaves your mouth is swallowed by Draco’s lips, his teeth tugging on your bottom lip as he wrings every single ounce of pleasure from your body.
No nightmares are had that night; finding peace in each other as you sleep wrapped up together in the one bed.

Take a break
Remus x reader

MASTERLIST
Your head pounded and your eyes were drooping, you had pulled another all-nighter last night while studying for exams. You were in your last term at Hogwarts and you wanted desperately to get into healer school so you could become a doctor. It would require exceptional scores in potions and charms which were not your strongest of classes. Still, you pushed on in the hopes of having it pay off in the next few weeks while exams were being completed.
Suddenly there was a hand on your shoulder and your eyes widened slightly. You would have pushed the hand off of you but your arms felt like they were made of lead. Now that you came to think of it, your eyelids were too. Still, you managed to look up at the person whose hand was warming your shoulder and you immediately relaxed, a small smile on your face. Your darling boyfriend Remus had some to visit. Or, more likely, he had come to try to coax you to bed.
"Honey, you've got to take a break" He whispered and you felt your cheeks warm at the pet name.
"But Rem, I have to get this in my brain before potions exams in 3 weeks, theres no way I am gonna get high enough scores if I don't study now" You whined out. Remus sighed behind you and you felt the want to please him creep in. He was guilting you into taking care of yourself. He sighed again but this time more dramatically, letting you in on the fact that he was teasing you on purpose. You smiled and then glared at him, rolling your eyes.
"Okay fine, I will go get food with you and then take a nap but I need to get back here in a few hours to finish up this chapter." Before your words were fully out of your mouth, you were being pulled up, Remus' hands under your armpits as he helped you step away from the work laid out in front of you. You sent a longing look toward the schoolwork you were being dragged away from.
"It'll be there when you wake up, for now you need food for that big mental workout you just did." Remus smiled and you felt yourself letting go of the school stuff. He had a scary way of just being able to make you content in any situation. You found yourself zoning out along the walk to the kitchens, just enjoying the huge amount of warmth coming from your boyfriend. You had never met anyone who was as much of a heater as him and in the cold halls you weren't complaining. Before you knew it you were being pulled into the kitchens, the house elves greeting you both. Remus frequented the kitchens, often seeking chocolate and warm food after full moons and he was very kind to the ouse elves so they had no issue in fixing him stuff to eat. Because of your time spent with remus, they quite liked you too. They had even gotten over the need to be overly hospitable around the two of you, instead waiting for you to ask before making anything and sometimes even letting you make stuff for yourself if you wanted to. This time when you walked into the kitchens you were picked up and set onto the large center table. Your eyes were drooping and your brain went fuzzy. You could hear people talking but you nearly fell asleep sitting there, not having enough energy to really listen to what they were saying.
You felt a hand on your face and your eyes opened wider, focussing on the brown eyed man ahead of you. You took a moment to gaze at his face, following the lines of his scars with your eyes.
"You're staring." He mumbled, a slight blush creeping onto his cheeks. You smiled a bit.
"Cant help it, I like you too much." You heard the house elves 'aw' at your remark and now it was your turn to blush. You felt something get placed in your hands and you looked to your lap to find a warm bowl of soup. The next few minutes were spent with you scarfing down the food that you hadn't realized you wanted so desperately. Remus left you to eat in peace, choosing to instead catch up with the house elves who rewarded him with a bar of chocolate that they knew he liked. When you were done with your meal Remus seemed to sense it. He came over, took the empty bowl from you, and then asked you something. You heard muffled talking and tried to focus more.
"Hm?" You hummed tiredly.
"Want me to carry you to the dorms?" He asked again, a smile on his lips.
"No, I got it, m' barely tired." You slurred out and hopped off of the table. You both started to walk along the corridor, hands entwined when you felt yourself start to doze off. You nearly fell a few times before Remus decided that was enough. He turned you to face him and picked you up by your thighs. You were always surprised by his strength but he was the tallest and the strongest of all the marauders. He just seemed so non-threatening that you sometimes forgot. Your arms wrapped around his neck and your feet hooked behind his back. You snuggled your face into the crook of his neck, eyes closing and a hum of approval coming from you. Remus smirked at the action and he continued walking to his dormitory.
He knew you would scold him tomorrow for not taking you back to your's but he couldn't bring himself to care when he knew that he would get to cuddle you all night. Sirius had figured out how to get around the charm on the stairs to prevent girls from getting to the boys dormitory so he had no problem carrying you up the stairs. When he opened the door to his room a silence fell. All the boys loved you and they had been worried about how little you were sleeping lately. Remus gave them a look and they nodded, heading out to the common room to chat until they went to bed. Once they had all left Remus carried you to the bathroom, setting you down on the sink counter. Your arms and legs released him but your head remained on his chest. He sat you up and stuck a toothbrush into your mouth. Your eyes lazily opened for a second and then closed again as he brushed for you. He then turned you around and told you to spit which you complied with. He brought you back to his bed and began taking your shoes off and then your jeans. He took off your bra as well, knowing you would be uncomfortable sleeping in it. He slipped you into a pair of his sweatpants and a large sweatshirt he had, proceeding to tuck you under his covers. He slid in with you and you automatically curled into his side. Remus wasn't tired yet so he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep but he couldn't care less as he just enjoyed you laying next to him.

Whatever It Takes - F.W
Part 3 of the ‘Call Out My Name’ series, inspired by the song ‘Whatever It Takes’ by Life House.
Part 1, Part 2
A/N: Ahhh here it is, sorry for the long wait! The finale of my first mini series, I hope you lovelies enjoy and thank you for the support!<33
Warnings: Mentions of sex, smut, fluff, angst, jealously and swearing.
Pulling away from the kiss you couldn’t process what you had done, trying to catch your breath your glassy eyes got lost in Fred's. The last time you kissed him felt like forever ago and just like that, you were back to square one; hungry for him.
You looked at your feet and sighed “meet me at my apartment, go now and don’t let my parents see you” you ordered him “we’ll... talk things through.”
Before you managed to pick up your box and go back downstairs to you parents, Fred grabbed your wrist and kissed your hand “you won’t regret this.”
Once you met him in your apartment, the two of you were up all night talking things through; Fred mostly apologising and explaining that you were the one all along. Although you were seeing someone else, it felt right to be with Fred, the kiss felt right, everything felt somewhat perfectly in place.
You finished writing the letter to your now ex-boyfriend, explaining that you couldn’t and didn’t want to be with him anymore and that you were sorry, you hoped it would be enough for him to accept.
After keeping your re-lighting of an old flame with Fred secret for the first few months, when you finally decided to break the news your parents and your sister weren’t over the moon - and your now ex-boyfriend was heartbroken and hated Fred with a burning passion; cursing the two of you.
The Weasleys on the other hand, were all delighted and so excited to welcome you back into their life and warm home. Molly and Arthur promised your parents that they would do anything and everything to ensure that you would be happy and safe with their son.
George ran towards you and held you tight into his warm embrace, crying with happiness that he could have his best friend back that he wouldn’t need to hide from anyone anymore; you could finally meet up and go out for lunch together every week which you had missed so much.
Fred knew that making things right, fixing things wouldn’t be easy, he had to prove himself to your family, he needed to show you how much he loved you after everything he had done - he also had to deal with the other people you had slept with whilst he was busy playing house.
“Well I still don’t like him.” Your father muttered under his breath sitting with you on the sofa, flicking through the Daily Prophet.
Fred was standing behind the door, listening in to everything that was being said.
“You don’t have to like him dad, but I’m happy with him and you need to accept that.” You defended your boyfriend.
Your dad glared at the paper and flicked the page “as long as you don’t bloody marry the fella.”
Fred’s heart dropped.
You giggled and sighed, standing up to get yourself a drink “maybe I will.”
A strangled smile fell from your face
What kills me that I hurt you this way
The worst part is that I didn't even know
Now there's a million reasons for you to go
But if you can find a reason to stay
Fred took a hold of your hand, the two of you resting beside the fire in your apartment listening to some muggle music.
“What time is it?” You asked, looking through the window, noticing the sunset.
“It’s seven o’clock” Fred replied staring at the clock, planting a kiss on your hand.
You stood up slowly and smiled at Fred “I’ve got to get ready” you replied, walking into your bedroom.
Fred realised that since his absence you had gained quite the following of male friends and a flock of admirers, tonight you were going out for a business dinner with your boss from the ministry to discuss a promotion.
Fred felt quite secure until he realised that Percy and other members of the ministry wouldn’t be there, Fred trusted you, but after the way he had treated you - he felt like you could fall through his fingers.
Zipping your dress up and applying the last of your powder, Fred walked into the bedroom leaning against the door frame.
His eyes searching your body and admiring how stunning you looked and how lucky he was to have you.
You’d by lying if you said you truly trusted Fred, you didn’t, he had a lot to prove and you were giving him a chance.
You learned from your mistakes the many times you put him first before your friends and your future, all because you were dating now doesn’t mean that you had to put everything on hold.
You remained independent and your wariness around Fred often made him feel like you could never trust him again, but you could and you would, all in good time.
“Are you sure you don’t need to me to come?” Fred asked, wanting to protect you.
“I’m sure.” You smiled, then thanking him for the offer.
“You look beautiful.” Fred compliment you.
Pecking Fred on the lips you grabbed some Floo Powder, Fred debated silently in his head whether or not to follow you, but he stayed at home and pondered.
After the successful business dinner you arrived home with a big smile on your face, Fred was laid in bed ‘reading’.
You walked into the bathroom, removing your makeup and made your way to the bedroom, undressing yourself, all the while responding to many of Fred's questions about your evening and the man who was your boss.
Fred searched your beautiful body and couldn’t help but bite his lip whilst watching you strip down to your underwear, you chuckled at him and shook your head.
Sitting on the bed next to Fred, he started to kiss your neck, telling you how beautiful you looked and for the first time in years the two of you made love. You were a lot more confident than you used to be and Fred noticed, you took control and went wild riding him.
Recovering from your orgasm, Fred held you from behind acting as the big spoon. You could sense that something was bothering your boyfriend and you didn’t want to tip toe around the tension so you asked him directly.
“Is everything okay, Freddie?” you traced circles into his arm that was wrapped around your waist.
Fred hesitated for a moment, but answered “how many people have you slept with?”
You could feel your face burning up “what does it matter love?”
“I just always remember being... you know.”
Letting out a light hearted chuckle you turned over to face Fred. “Yes, I did sleep with other people, Fred. We weren’t together for a long while.”
“How many?” Fred asked, sounding slightly worried.
“Why does it matter? It doesn’t define or change me as a person.”
Fred sighed “it’s just, I heard a lot of talk from other men.. women.. they were right with their accounts of you, they too had a good time.”
You stroked Fred’s cheek “I don’t care what they’ve said, you shouldn’t either; I only want and love you - you only get me like this.” you paused for a moment “not that it matters but more than you.” you joked, making Fred laugh.
I'll do whatever it takes
To turn this around
I know what's at stake
I know that I've let you down
And if you give me a chance
Believe that I can change
I'll keep us together
Whatever it takes
Over the years with your promotion, work at the ministry got harder, the hours got longer and the stacks of paper work got higher. You were drowning in the pressure.
Fred and George’s business was doing incredibly well and they were busy too - but you made things work and you were looking to buy a house and move out of your apartment.
Almost landing on your arse from being spat out the fire place, covered from head to toe in soot Fred chuckled at the sight of you and outstretched his hand, helping you up.
You weren’t expecting him to be home so early, he was always working overtime as you chose to work on weekends instead of the extra few hours on weekdays. You were lucky to get a whole evening alone with Fred, let alone a whole day.
“Follow me, love” he smiled.
Holding Fred’s hand, he walked you into the bathroom. The whole room lit up from tea light candles, the bath filled with warm water and colourful bubbles sitting on the surface and floated in the air.
Fred dragged his hand across the water, moving the bubbles, in the water floated delicate red Roses.
“Oh Fred” you smiled up at him, your eyes sparkling “this is the most special thing anyone has ever done for me.”
Fred felt his heart skip a beat, finally feeling like he had done something right. He helped you get undressed and get into the bath, allowing the warm water to pull you under.
Fred turned around to leave the room but you stopped him.
“why don’t you join me?” You smiled, splashing the water, teasing him.
Fred bit his lip and smiled “the food isn’t going to cook itself”
You let out a chuckle “you’re a wizard–“
Fred blushed, remembering what his mother once told him. “Just because you're allowed to use magic now does not mean you have to whip your wands out for everything.”
Whilst you finished off in your stunning, romantic bath you got dressed into the comfy clothes laid out for you on the sink counter, little did you know, Fred was slaving away in the kitchen finishing up on the meal he had been cooking.
Walking into the dim lit dining room the smell of spaghetti filled the room, the table had your plate of food resting on the mat, with a glass of fire whiskey and a rose resting in a vase in the middle of the table.
You felt incredibly flattered, yet under dressed in the comfy oversized clothes Fred had picked out for you.
Fred admired your look and pulled out your chair.
“Fred, this is incredible—“ you noticed the cooking book on the kitchen worktop. “You did all this without magic!?”
Fred nodded and smiled shyly “I wanted to make an effort, you deserve that and so much more.”
The two of you talked about your day at work, Fred and his brother increasing sales, you talking about Percy and his jealousy towards your promotion.
You both laughed and held hands over the table, you felt like finally everything had fallen into place, you had finally got what you wanted - the love of your life to have and to hold.
“By the way, you’d make a brilliant chef” you complimented, pointing to your empty plate.
Muggle love songs suddenly came on through the radio and rose petals slowly rained down from the ceiling out of nowhere, you couldn’t believe your eyes or the amount of effort Fred had put into this evening.
Fred took a hold of your hand and pulled you into the heart of the living room, holding you close to him, both of you dancing along to the music. You could feel Fred’s heart thump against your ear, pulling away from him you gave him a concerned look.
“Fred, are you okay?” You asked, trying your best not to sour such an incredible evening.
Fred took a deep breath and got down on one knee, pulling out a box from his back pocket. He lifted the top off the box and the most gorgeous ring sparkled against the lights, Fred smiled and looked into your eyes.
“Y/N, from the moment I first saw you, you made me feel things I didn’t know I was capable of. I want to make you feel those things too, I promise. I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Your eyes welled up with tears of happiness, you couldn’t believe the boy you fell for all those years ago at Hogwarts would be on his knees, proposing to you.
“It took your dad a lot of thought and consideration just to let me do this tonight, Y/N Y/L/N, will you marry me?” Fred breathed out, his heart still thumping.
“Yes, yes Freddie” you cried, holding out your hand “I would love to.”
She said if we're gonna make this work
You gotta let me inside even though it hurts
Don't hide the broken parts that I need to see
She said like it or not it's the way it's gotta be
You've gotta love yourself if you can ever love me
After the wedding there was talk about the two of you, some said you made a big mistake - calling you a mug, saying that Fred was punching above and you were only with him because you felt sorry for him.
The two of you were aware of the chat and often heard it when you were out in Diagon Alley, you didn’t let it bother you because it was only talk - but all of this ‘talk’ was beating Fred down; making him feel insecure and like he was useless.
“Oh Fred please relax, it’s not a big deal” you tried to reassure him, stroking his head.
“It’s a big deal to me, you know how I feel about men speaking to you that way.”
One of the men you had a one night stand with many moons ago spotted you in the leaky cauldron with Fred and approached you, asking why you never called him back. Fred was mortified and felt threatened by this man.
“We’re married Fred, if we’re going to make this work, you need to tell me what’s bothering you so we can work through it.”
Fred put his head in his hands and sighed “I just feel like you deserve better, all these men you were with, they’re so much better than I am.”
You sighed and got Fred to look you in the eyes “Don’t be silly Fred, they aren’t better than you at all. I decided to be with you for a reason - after everything that happened, you need to forgive yourself Fred.”
Fred stayed silent and wiped away his tears with his sleeve. “How can I forgive myself for hurting you?” He croaked.
You sat beside him in bed and rubbed his back “because I’ve forgiven you for everything that happened, I want us to be happy, to not care about what others think.”
Fred cried even more, feeling like a weight had been lifted off him. “You’ve forgiven me?”
“Of course I did, Freddie” You smiled, kissing his cheek “I married you for a reason, not because everyone else was doing it. I want to carry your child one day.”
I'll do whatever it takes
To turn this around
I know what's at stake
I know that I've let you down
And if you give me a chance
And give me a break
I'll keep us together
You took it upon yourself to get you and George to see a muggle couples counsellor, you had read about them in plenty muggle magazines and decided it would be the best - not just for your marriage but for Fred.
Seeing him constantly panic and overthink broke your heart, you wanted this to be a healthy and stable relationship and you both loved one another so much to make it work.
At first the sessions started at one session a week, and then as the months went by it became once every two weeks, and then once per month when you were both making progress.
The first bout of sessions usually started with the counsellor asking questions, getting the two of you to have sessions alone and to talk to one another towards the end.
“I’m just scared that she’ll realise there’s there’s other who are much better than me and they’ll treat her better.” Fred opened up nervously.
“I just wish he would forgive himself, I’ve forgiven him - I did a long time ago - I want him to be able to move forward with me.” You teared up.
After six months you were able to spend sessions together talking to one another, and being able to bask in the progress the two of you had made.
Fred felt more secure and didn’t panic about you suddenly disappearing.
You and George would often talk about it over your lunch dates, you would learn more about your husband and how much he struggled when you were gone, and being able to talk about it made you closer to your best friend who was now your brother in law. You felt incredibly secure and loved by his family.
Through the months of November, December and January, you and Fred had been spending plenty of the winter evenings keeping one another warm; trying for a baby.
Pondering around the bathroom nervously while Fred was messing around in the living room trying to bake some muggle muffins, you picked up and test and smiled widely.
Walking into the kitchen you leaned against the door frame and smiled at Fred, watching him getting frustrated with the cooking book and measurements of ingredients.
“Getting annoyed are you, Mr or should I say Daddy Weasley?” You smirked.
Fred startled by your voice pulled a questioning face at you “Daddy Weasley?”
You pulled the test from your back pocket and waved it in your hand, beaming at your husband.
“Wait...you’re?” Fred’s had a surprised expression on his face, you could see the tears forming in his eyes.
You nodded your head and could feel your tears forming too “positive.”
I know you deserve much better
Remember the time I told you the way that I felt
And that I'd be lost without you and never find myself
Let's hold onto each other above everything else
Start over, start over
“I cannot believe he’s got you up the bloody duff!” Your dad scolded, helping you around your new house.
“It was a mutual decision, we decided we wanted to, together.” You defended your husband, finally sitting down on the sofa to catch your breath.
“Well now you’ve got his kid no other man will want you and you’re tied to him forever now, whether you like it or not.”
You sighed, starting to feel frustrated and angry. Fred could head your fathers cruel words and felt like he would never fit your fathers expectations.
“When will you realise that me and Fred are happy together? I know he hurt me and I know that you’re upset about it, but it’s been years! Please can you just forgive him, dad? I did.” You pleaded, the added on stress causing the baby to kick out inside of you.
Sitting in front of Fred in the bath, he washed your hair for you with a cup as you couldn’t bend all the way back from your big bump.
“He’ll never accept me” Fred muttered in a low sad voice.
You have Fred a sorrowful smile “I don’t care Fred. He wants me to be happy and I am.” You covered your eyes from the flowing water.
Fred felt relieved knowing that your father wouldn’t influence the way you felt about him, knowing that your love for him was pure.
“I love you” he whispered, massaging your scalp.
“I love you too” you smiled, feeling another kick “and this little one loves you too”
I'll do whatever it takes
To turn this around
I know what's at stake
I know that I've let you down
And if you give me a chance
Believe that I can change
I'll keep us together
Whatever it takes
You and your four year old daughter were in the garden potting some beautiful plants in your parents garden, your father was sitting with Fred in the kitchen, the two of them watching you and the little one.
Your father smiled, his granddaughter patting the soil and cheering as she planted some more seeds, her long and beautiful ginger hair flowing in the wind.
“You’ve created a beautiful little family, you and my daughter.” Your father said to Fred, taking a sip of his drink.
Fred shuffled in his seat, the tension in the air was nothing short of awkward but it meant a lot to him knowing that his father in law finally had something good to say.
“You’ve proven yourself to me, Fred. I’m sorry it took so long for me to warm up to you and the idea of you being with my daughter, when your little girl gets older you’ll understand why. Seeing how happy she is, having that little one in my life - you can’t put a price on that.”
Your father extended his hand out to Fred, slowly smiling at him. Fred paused for a moment and shook his hand, smiling back at him.
“Shall we go out there and help?” Fred smiled “they look like they could use some help.”
Your father nodded his head “I would like, Fred.”
The two of them walked outside together, joining you and your daughter. Looking up at your father and Fred smiling at one another you felt your heart flutter, the two men in your life that you loved more than anything were finally on the same page.
You could finally move forward as a family, the only thing you’ve ever wanted.
You were Fred’s girl.

The First Move, Chapter 4
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
AO3
She woke up groggy, a mildly thumping headache relentlessly bothering her. Stirring, she slowly unwraps the blankets around her, stopping to wonder in amusement at how carefully they were spread around her. All her memories from yesterday night remained fuzzy, but she still remembered very distinctly just how comfortably and snugly she slept under the blankets. Seita must’ve really taken the time to wrap them around her, probably following Hinowa’s guidance. Tsukuyo finally sits upright, hands on the futon for support, looking around. Her room’s orientation definitely looked… different than usual. She definitely didn’t remember keeping a vast stack of what looked like manga volumes propped up in her room’s corner… maybe she’s seeing things. Hangovers can still be a pain, mentally and physically. Nothing a morning bath and a good smoke after breakfast can’t patch up quick, she murmurs to herself.
I know today’s the start of the weekend, but I just can’t skip work. God, Hinowa...
Parched, she searched around the futon sides, and to her amazement found a flask of water and a small bag with aspirin kept beside the futon. She reaches out immediately, gulping down the water with gusto, and taking an aspirin soon after. Feeling much better, she takes the time to look around. Tsukuyo finally realises the room itself was dimly lit, kept as to make sure to reduce any sunlight coming into the room as much as possible. She shakes her head, finally standing up and slowly walking towards the door. Opening it, she covers her eyes from the light flooding in, walking into what looked like the living room, with two sofas facing each other and a table between, and a desk close to the window. Dazed, she looked around, wondering where the bathroom could be.
“Take a right and go straight, the bathroom's gonna be to your left, close to the entrance doors.” A familiar deep voice spoke. “I got you a toothbrush, so no need to worry about borrowing mine.”
“Ah, thank you, Gintoki,” she mutters back, heading into the direction pointed out slowly. Realization hits like a bucket of cold water seconds later, and she turns around sharply, facing the man who had spoken. “GINTOKI?!?”
There was no mistaking the fish eyed, dead faced samurai. Leaning on the wall, Gintoki looked back, smirking.
“Morning, shinigami-tayuu.”
-
A good twenty minutes later, after Tsukuyo had gotten over the initial shock and freshened up, they sat close together at the table, with Gintoki having finished laying out the breakfast.
“Fried eggs and rice? Quite fancy of you,” she remarks, digging in.
“Be glad it’s me making the breakfast, not Kagura. She’d just put raw eggs on top and call it a day…”
“I’m thinking you must’ve egged her onto that one…”
“Clever pun, but no,” Gintoki shrugs, waving her off as she giggles. “I kid you not, Kagura’s had wack tastes since the beginning. Comes from having a dunderhead of a brother and an even bigger moron of a father.”
“You really don’t mince words, do you?”
“Really though, they deserve it.”
“Sounds like you’ve had personal experience dealing with it.”
“Ugh, trust me. You don’t wanna know.”
“When was the last time you’ve seen them?” Tsukuyo inquires, curious.
Gintoki takes a small bite of the rice, chewing thoroughly before settling in. “It’s been a while. I know the brother comes by occasionally. He says it's to check on his sister, but we all damn well know that he comes here for the battles.”
“With Okita-kun?”
“Nah,” Gintoki shakes his head. “The Chief Of Police. Seems like he’s taken a liking to her. Says she’s far more aggressive and relentless than Sofa-kun. Now, I’m thinking which way does he mean...”, a kunai hits him squarely in the forehead, startling him. “Oh, c’mon honey…”
“You know why you had that one coming,” she chuckles, and Gintoki leans on the tabletop, groaning out loud. “Say, where are the kids? Didn’t see Kagura around…”
“Well,” Gintoki sighs, straightening up. “It’s not one in the afternoon yet, so she’s definitely still sleeping. I told Shinpachi to take the day off, cause we finished all the requests due over the week, and we don’t accept any requests during the weekend.”
“Yorozuya’s that busy these days, huh,” Tsukuyo marvels, and Gintoki nods in agreement.
“Surprised me too. Since the return, and me settling what was left of the Naraku, the Yorozuya really took off as a local brand name. Beats me how…”
Tsukuyo smiled. The man really was blind to the impact of his own work on the Kabuki district. To say that the residents of Kabuki loved Sakata Gintoki is an understatement. Gintoki is, and always was, a local celebrity. Despite the man’s temperament, Gintoki somehow always had this innate ability to get the people around him to notice, to want to get to know him better. He was someones’ drinking buddy, another’s rival, someone’s friend to turn to. Gintoki is always there to lend a helping hand, even if he offers in that classic tsundere technique of his.
“Anyway, honey,” Gintoki starts, snapping Tsukuyo out of her thoughts. “I gotta say, I usually don’t have mornings this calm and, dare I say, fun. Usually my mornings are pretty loud, thanks to the kids...”
Tsukuyo snorts. “You calling high noon ‘morning’ is a new one. Although, I must admit, I quite enjoyed the brunch. We should probably do this more, darling.” She smirks, noticing him looking away blushing.
“Yeah, yeah,” he murmurs, then suddenly perks up. “Granted, we were only able to enjoy this cause I’m still alive from yesterday…” he shudders, alarming Tsukuyo.
“I couldn’t have been that bad yesterday, right…” she asks shakily, as Gintoki flashes her a deadpan, sarcastic look.
“You wish, honey.” Quickly noticing the panicked expression on her face, he sighed, waving. “I was exaggerating, honey. It wasn’t that bad, but it was… quite eventful. You wouldn’t let me go and kept clinging onto me whilst draining Baba's expensive sake to the last drop. Definitely scared the old hag out of her wits for once. I somehow calmed you down and took you upstairs, and put you to bed, where you slept like a child. Explained everything to Baba later, she understood.”
“I’ll go down and apologize immediately,” Tsukuyo exclaims, getting up, but Gintoki caught her hand, motioning her to sit down.
“Calm down, Tsukki, it’s alright,” he soothes, gently caressing her hand, and Tsukuyo looks at him in wonder with disbelieving eyes. How’d the silver buffoon turn so mature all of a sudden? “Told ya I explained it to her. If you really want to-”
“Of course I do!” “Then we’ll go down there together. How about that,” he replies back, smiling, and Tsukuyo’s heart glows even more. What has this man done to her? Better yet, what had happened to him? “Eat up, I’ll take care of the dishes, gotta wake Kagura up for breakf-uh, I mean, brunch.” He winks at her, getting up and grabbing the dishes. Tsukuyo pouts.
“You know, I still have to get to work,” she exclaims, digging into her meal.
“Way ahead of you, already called up Hinowa, she’s got you covered,” he shouts back, smiling at the groan that followed.
Learn to take a break, you damn workaholic…
-
Tsukki, you work too damn hard…
That was the only thing on Gintoki’s mind as he saw her come back from making some small rounds around town. Of course, she still came all the way back, despite his and Hinowa’s insistence. Tsukuyo disregarded their suggestions, stressing that the rookies in the Hyakka still needed her guidance. True to her word, she had hastily finished brunch, took Gintoki with her downstairs to Otose’s bar, where she apologized profusely for about half an hour, and then finally dragged Gintoki to Yoshiwara. Hinowa was surprised to see the both of them at the doorstep, and Gintoki kept pouting until she finally promised that she’d be back in an hour to enjoy the rest of the day. And again, always being true to her word, she showed up back in an hour, right on time. Even if Gintoki sometimes felt that the drunk terminator was being way too sincere for the new recruits, he understood her plight all too well, along with the burden she was carrying.
“Was she really always like this, Hinowa,” he groans aloud, as he sits close to the porch, peeling off orange skins, waiting on Tsukuyo to finish her bath. Hinowa remained close by, merely smiling at Gintoki’s pouting and nodding back. Gintoki sighs, leaning against the wall.
“How was she like back then, Hinowa?” he asks, wondering aloud.
“Much of the same, Gin-san, except much more serious, I’d say. Dedicated to her work. Tirelessly working to ensure the safety of the courtesans and the citizens of Yoshiwara,” Hinowa sighs, a slight frown forming on her face, which Gintoki is quick to notice. Moments later, however, Hinowa speaks again.
“Gin-san, I’ll be honest,” Hinowa starts. “Seeing Tsukuyo like this has really made me feel happier than I’ve ever felt. All this time, Tsukuyo had been hell bent on dedicating herself to the lifelong mission to protect Yoshiwara. Even with the liberation from Hosen’s rule, and the fiasco that followed after the return of Jiraiya, she had been going on and on, the same routine and the unyielding effort.”
“There are times where I’ve genuinely wondered whether Tsukuyo would ever get to live her life. There’s only so much one can do once they throw themselves into their work. As someone who had been there by her side so long, I’ve worried so much about her. You see, Gin-san, all I ever wanted for her was to live happily.”
Hinowa looks at Gintoki, wearing a small sad smile. “I am glad that you’ve become such an important part of her life now, Gin-san. Trust me when I say it means the world to her to get to spend time with you like this. I’ve never seen her so happy, so content with life. The Tsukuyo that I knew from so long ago would never have been able to dream of a time where she’d get to spend time with me and Seita so long, and get to enjoy a serious, fulfilling relationship with the love of her life. It’s beyond a courtesan’s wildest dreams, a delirious illusion at the most. And yet you broke through all of reality’s hurdles like it was nothing, and granted her something far greater than what dreams would have promised.”
Gintoki silently listens, taking in everything that Hinowa just said. Straightening up, he kneels in front of her, head bowed.
“I will do everything in my power to protect that happiness, Hinowa,” Gintoki solemnly states. “She means the world to me, she truly does. I never expected to find my own happiness in this world for a long time, but being with her made me realise that maybe I did have a chance at finding that happiness. Even if it was all just to be by her side, I would’ve happily obliged, but she allowed me to be a part of her world, and I will never take that for granted.”
“I will never take her for granted,” Gintoki utters, bowing down. He lifts his head up to see tears flowing down Hinowa’s cheeks.
“I know you won’t, Gin-san. I know you won't.”
-
After talking to Hinowa for some time more, and eating up some of the orange slices he had carefully peeled out, Gintoki heads for Tsukuyo’s room, wondering what was taking her so long. He didn’t need to wonder for long. After knocking on her door for a while, he finally slides the door open carefully, just to see Tsukuyo lying down on the futon, deep in sleep. She jolts up quickly at the noise, despite his cautiousness.
“Oh, Gintoki…,” she starts, slowly propping herself upright as Gintoki walks up to her. “So sorry, felt like I’d take a little nap before I’d join you and Hinowa downstairs… seems like I dozed off…”
Gintoki snorts, as he sits by her side. “Figured you would. Just in case, I got you a glass of water along with oranges. You better eat the orange slices, Gin-san worked too hard to ensure they were peeled to perfection, you know.”
“For God’s sake, Gintoki, they’re just orange slices,” Tsukuyo laughs, as she reaches out for a piece, but Gintoki’s ahead of her already, grabbing a slice and bringing it close to her mouth.
“Say ‘aah’, sleepyhead,” he teases. Tsukuyo can’t help but giggle.
“Fine, you win, Gintoki,” she replies, as accepts his helping hand. “For some reason, I’m feeling extra sleepy today. Your laziness is finally rubbing off on me, I see.”
“Point one for Gin-san on the board,” Gintoki announces, and Tsukuyo responds by throwing a pillow. “Woah, no kunais?” he asks, and he's suddenly whisked close to her, as she plants a quick, passionate kiss on his cheek.
“Not today,” she states happily, grinning at the blushing samurai.
-
Work was tougher than usual today...
Tsukuyo made her way through the roads in the Kabuki district to Otose’s bar. She’d just wrapped up Hyakka business for the week, and had planned to visit the silver-haired samurai once she was done. On the way, however, Tsukuyo feels uneasy. Her body was sweating profusely despite the cool evening weather, and her muscles seemed to ache even more than usual after the work. Normally, Tsukuyo would chalk it up to the usual overtime grind taking a toll on the body, but Tsukuyo knew perfectly well that today was just an ordinary day at the office, nothing more. There was no reason why she’d feel this bad…
Deep in her thoughts, Tsukuyo notices the bar coming into view, and walks on. She had barely taken ten steps in the direction of the bar when she’s suddenly hit with a disarming headache. Barely keeping sight as she bears the dizziness, she slowly trudges on, approaching the bar outskirts, where she notices the android maid with the shining green hair.
“Tama… chan…” Tsukuyo stutters, as she gives into the exhaustion, collapsing to the ground.

Bittersweet Memories
Part 2
Part 3
Huge thanks to @captain-josslett for helping me with English and making this have more sense
TW: smut(ish) just a little, some angst, laguage, think that’s all!
Finley struggles to open the door to their apartment. She was tired and her head was hurting so much. She just wants to snuggle with her girlfriends and fall asleep.
“Hey.” Fin looks over and sees Alex walking towards her and embraces her in a hug. “You look like crap.” Fin rests her head on Alex's chest and chuckles.
“Thanks darling, I’m happy to see you too. Is Maggie home yet?” She yawns and Alex leads her to the couch. “I have a killing headache.” Fin sits on Alex and rests her head on her girlfriend’s shoulder.
“She’s picking up some food. Did you take your migraine medicine today?” The redhead asks Fin with a stern look on her face.
“Shoot, I forgot.” The black haired woman whines.
“Here we go again.” Alex sighs. “Did you drink water today? Eat anything?”
“Oh come on, don’t harass me like that. Of course I did drink and eat... we had breakfast, didn’t we?”
“That was yesterday, Finley, this morning you woke up too late and ran off to work. Making a huge mess. Leaving your clothes on the floor. And your wet towel in the bathroom on my clothes. I swear to God, how much water did you drink?” Alex scoffs.
“Well...I didn’t see your clothes, I’m sorry. I didn’t drink water... but I’ve had coffee! And a can of Monster! Or two…” Suddenly her girlfriend stands up, resulting in Fin falling off of her. “Ouch! That hurt.”
“That’s not... I swear I’m going crazy with you!” They hear the door open and Maggie coming into the living room looking at them.
“What are you yelling about?” She frowns and looks at Alex, who looks angrily at Fin. “Maggie, I’m glad you’re here.” The redhead says with a smile. “See, our girlfriend here was wondering why her head hurts so much! Fin, care to tell Maggie how you took your medicine this morning, drank plenty of water and ate three meals?” Her voice is full of sarcasm and Finley curses mentally.
“Oh come on. I’m going to eat now, and drink water and take meds, I swear I just forgot!” She tries to defend herself, but Maggie already looks at her with her stern mother look. “Don’t be mad at me.” Fin puts on her puppy face. “Pwaaseee.” She pouts.
“No, no, don’t give me this face, you know the deal. How can you forget to take care of yourself almost every day?!” Maggie growls flustered. “These are literally the basic things in life. You have to eat, and you have to drink water to survive, and you know after that mission where you hurt your head pretty bad, that you have to take your migraine medicine, otherwise you’ll be in pain. And you should remember it, how you keep forgetting to take care of yourself is beyond me.”
“I don’t know...” Finley looks down, because she did know. She wasn’t taught how to take care of herself. In the orphanage they didn’t care if the kids ate something, they didn’t care if they had something to drink, or walked around in dirty, damaged clothes.
So Fin learnt how to go days without eating, only drinking some sink water. It was normal for Fin. So she grew up, was then thrown out on her 18th birthday, and went to college. She didn’t think of that either. Having not enough money to eat every day, or buy new clothes, having to survive on minimum wage that she was earning with her job. It was hard to manage to study and work 16 hours a day, but she had to stay positive. So when Finley started working in the DEO and earning so much money, she decided she had to save it. Save it in case something goes wrong and she loses her job. But, this drove her girlfriends insane. How she couldn’t do the basic thing, like putting her dirty clothes away. How every time she tried to make laundry, it went wrong on some level. She’d mix dark clothes with white. Sometimes she forgot to add laundry detergent. Or she forgot she put the washing machine on but forgot to dry it. So the clothes stayed there until Alex or Maggie saw it. Finley really tries, she does, but it just escapes her mind every time.
“I’m sorry.” Fin sighs, she wasn’t going to tell them, she doesn't want their pity “I guess I’m just getting distracted.” Maggie scoffs, but goes to hug their girlfriend anyway. Soon Alex joins and they stay together for a bit.
“I did buy dinner, so let’s get you some food, and water, then you’ll take your medicine and we can go to bed.” Maggie kisses her softly and Finley smiles into the kiss.
***
Later as they were in bed, after eating and showering, Finley lay on top of Alex while Maggie was still in the shower.
“Are you still mad at me?” Fin asks, looking in her girlfriend’s brown eyes.
“I’m not mad Finnie.” Alex sighs cupping Fin's cheek. “I was frustrated, of course, I will still be when you do this. But I’m not mad.” She kisses Finley softly, her other hand going to Finley’s back holding her close. The blue-eyed woman sighs happily and wiggles on top of Alex to get more comfortable.
“Fin...” Alex breathes heavily “Stop moving.”
“Why, does it bother you?” Finley smiled devilishly, pressing her leg against Alex’s core and moving her hips. The redhead kisses her girlfriend hard and bends her leg so it was now against Finley too. The shorter woman moans at the sudden pressure, and moves her hips faster.
“Oh, I see you’re better.” Maggie stands there watching her girlfriends making out and humping each other for a few minutes. “So I’m glad I decided not to put any clothes on.” Her girlfriend’s stop and looks at her. Maggie's hair was still wet from the shower, and she only had her towel on. “Can you two just be naked already?” She drops her towel on the floor. “That was quite a nice show you did for me. But, I’m afraid I need to cuff both of you for breaking the rules.”
“B… But... “Alex’s face was almost as red as her hair “We didn’t… We still have all clothes on! We didn’t had sex without you!” She looked at Finley, who already had taken all of her clothes off, she sure was ready. “You’re such a bottom!” Alex scoffs, sure the black-haired woman was so ready for Maggie to cuff her, but Alex tried hard to remain her tough face.
“Agent Danvers, I’m afraid I insist.” Maggie smirks at her redheaded girlfriend, swaying her hips as she approaches the bed.
***
Finley yawns as she opens her eyes and looks at the sleeping face of her girlfriend. The redhead was snoring lightly and she looked so peaceful and cute. Fin snuggles closer and rests her head on her girlfriend's chest.
She knew Maggie had already left for work, feeling a cold spot behind her. The blue-eyed woman was tired after all the fun they had yesterday and didn’t want to get up.
“Shouldn’t you be training rookies at work today?” Alex’s sleepy voice asks. Fin gasps as she realises that the redhead is right, she springs from her bed and looks at the clock.
“Ohhhh shit, J’onn is going to kill me!” She quickly undresses by dropping her clothes on the floor and goes for a quick shower. As fast as she can she dries herself and drops the wet towel on the floor, puts on her combat clothes and runs to work.
It was no fun being at work without Alex, but her girlfriend deserved a day off. They were supposed to have lunch together, but after some robbery that Kara helped Maggie take care of, the blonde informs Fin that her girlfriends can’t make it, so the black-haired woman takes care of all her paperwork that is due soon, and heads to the DEO gym to train a bit.
Finley was getting tired from all the punches and running, so she decided to stop and go take a shower. Suddenly she sees a blur and her girlfriend’s sister stands before her.
“Kara, hey, something wrong?” Finley asks as the blonde frowns and looks at her.
“Ohhhh shit. I forgot, I left my phone at home this morning. What’s the time?” Fin facepalms and looks at Kara.
“Well Alex asked me to look for you, cause you didn’t answer your phone. You do know what time it is?”
“Where the fuck have you been!? We tried to call you thousands of times, why didn’t you answer!?” Maggie tries to stay calm, but her voice is full of anger.
“It’s 10:30, and your girlfriends are going crazy, come on.” She lifts the black-haired woman and speeds her home.
“Thanks Kar.” Finley sighs and opens the door quietly. It doesn’t really help her as she sees Maggie and Alex in the hall waiting for her.
“I’m sorry! I was in such a rush this morning, I forgot my phone! And I went to work out after sitting down doing paperwork and the time just flew.” Finley tries to calm her girlfriends, but she clearly saw that they were beyond pissed.
They turn and go to the living room, and Fin follows them waiting for their forgiveness. Alex sits on the couch and drinks the rest of her whiskey.
“Guys, come on, I’m sorry, you know I just forgot-”
“That’s it, that’s exactly it! You always forget. Forget to eat, to drink water, to take your medicine. You forget to put your clothes away, forget to do the laundry, forget to go to sleep! Forget to take your phone, to let us know you’ll be late, to let us know you’re okay! Forget to do the groceries, forget to buy some new clothes, to put your towel away instead of dropping it on the floor!” Alex was standing now waving her hands angrily. “Well maybe you got that from your parents, seeing as they forgot you at the orphanage!”
Finley blinks as Alex suddenly goes silent. Her blue eyes are suddenly wet and she turns around and rushes out of their apartment.
***
Maggie looks at Alex in shock. She can’t believe her ears. Alex did not just say that.
“Danvers, what the fuck was that!?” Maggie rushes to the door to follow Finley, and stop her, they need to talk, this is not a good situation. But as soon as she’s outside, Finley is gone, there is no sign of her. She goes back to their apartment and searches for her keys.
“Why are you just standing there like that?! Do you realise what you’ve just done?! That was way too low, I can’t believe you just said that!” Maggie yells at her girlfriend, she was beyond mad. Yes, Fin drives her crazy sometimes, but that doesn’t explain Alex’s behaviour.
“I... I didn’t mean that! It just slipped!” Alex tries to explain herself, but her mind is still processing what just happened. “I didn’t want to say that, I’m sorry!”
“It’s not me you need to apologise to. It’s her, but guess what, she’s gone! And we need to find her, and you really need to try hard, because that, Alex, that was just unbelievable.”
“Where do you think she went?” Alex asked, trying to calm down her nerves. Her mind repeats the words she just said and Alex realises how awful she’d been. But she really didn’t mean to, she wasn’t thinking at the moment, her mouth just shot out the words on its own.
When Maggie and Alex started dating Finley, the younger woman never said anything about her family. Of course the first one she met, outside of them, was Alex's younger sister. With it being autumn, and thanksgiving, she soon met Eliza and Maggie aunt Vivian. And she saw how Fin was in awe seeing how both women cared for their children. When Alex and Maggie asked her about it, she told them that she had spent most of her life in an orphanage, but refused to say any more. So they agreed they’ll just wait till Finley is ready and tell them on her own. This was 2 years ago, but Finley still hadn’t talked to them about it.
And now Alex fucked up, and told her girlfriend, an orphan, that her parents forgot about her. She isn’t sure how Finley is ever going to forgive her. Hell she doesn’t even know if she can forgive herself. Maggie looks at her, and Alex realises that she failed her too. Sure, the shorter woman tries not to give away her anger, but she sees her eyes, and the Detective is really mad at her.
“I don’t know, she doesn’t really have any friends... Kara? No, that would be too oblivious, she probably doesn't want us to find her now, she wouldn’t go there... You think she would go to any of our friends?” Maggie took a deep breath trying to calm herself enough to think clearly.
“No, I don’t think so. She can’t be that far, she just left. You think she went to a motel?”
“No, she hates spending her money. Doesn’t DEO have sleeping quarters?” Maggie asked.
“Yeah... it does...” Alex begins but her phone rings, she answers it “Danvers... Yes, we'll be coming in now.” She ends the call, and looks at Maggie “There’s an emergency at the DEO, your unit has been informed, J’onn said to bring you along.”
“Shit, alright. You’re good to go?” Maggie looks at her girlfriend, remembering Alex had been drinking earlier.
“I’ll be good, you drive.”
***
Finley walked to the DEO, trying hard to wipe her tears away. She didn’t want others to see her crying, that would be humiliating, but she couldn’t stop it.
Her mind kept repeating Alex’s words, she was not prepared for a woman she loves to hurt her like that. Why would she, she trusted them with her whole heart. Maybe that was her fault, maybe she should have kept that in mind. By now she would know that everyone in her life ended up hurting her.
It was like every time she was happy, it all came crashing down around her. She remembers the day she entered the orphanage for the first time, she was eight. There were so many kids there, just walking around, those kids were sad, but Fin? She was hopeful, she was actually happy that her father wasn’t there to hit her, she felt safe. But that feeling went away so fast, and her life was still a hell.
“Hey.” Fin jumps at J’onn voice. “You got here fast, where are your girlfriends? We have a debrief in five, we have to deal with this emergency quickly.”
Oh, so there is an emergency. That’s why he’s here. She nods and walks to the bathroom cleaning her face. Fin won’t let them all see her tears, she’s stronger than that. She enters the room and J’onn begins. Normally she would stand with her girlfriends but Fin hangs back.
“Cadmus is containing a shipment of hundreds of alien’s. We need to stop them. The NCPD unit is already informed, but it’ll take them a bit longer to arrive, so Detective Sawyer will go with you. Agent Danvers will be leading. Dismissed.” Finley avoids looking at her girlfriends, and walks as fast as she could to the armoury to prepare for the mission.
“Fin" Alex rushes after her.
“No!” Fin growls. “Right now I don’t have time for your bullshit Agent Danvers. We have a mission and that is my focus.” She didn’t mean to snap at Alex like that, but her sorrow was becoming her anger and she can’t be distracted. Distraction means slower reaction time, and that means injury or death. She wasn’t in the mood to die today.
***
The mission was going to plan and Fin kept up her professionalism. But with any mission, things can go wrong. It happened so fast, one second Fin is beating down a Cadmus agent when suddenly an explosion goes off above them. Finley hears the crack of concrete and looks up as a huge block of concrete starts breaking away. Right above Alex. Fin doesn’t think. Her only focus is on saving her girlfriend. Whatever it takes. So she sprints towards the redhead and pushes Alex as hard as she can out of the way. Fin falls to the ground as a huge bang fills the room. Fin tries to gasp when pain surges through her body.
“Fin!” Alex yells as she looks at her pinned girlfriend. She rushes over and is at Fin’s side in a second. “Why did you do that?!” Alex panics and tries to move the concrete to free her girlfriend, but it is too heavy. She looks at Finley, noticing that the concrete didn’t crush her whole. She allows herself to calm slightly. If her sister comes fast enough, it should be okay, Fin has a chance to survive. “Supergirl, come in, I need your help!” But she’s met with silence. “Supergirl! Maggie!?” Alex yells desperately.
“Yeah, what’s wrong?” Maggie responds worriedly.
“I can’t reach Supergirl, we’ve had an accident, Finley is trapped!” She hears Maggie gasp.
“I’m coming!” Maggie yells and Alex focuses on Finley, trying to comfort her. Soon Maggie is by their side. Alex looks up at her scared girlfriend and sees her tears as Maggie tries to suppress a sob.
“Fin. Finley talk to me.” Maggie kneels beside their fallen girlfriend.
“Hurts.” Fin chokes out.
“Alex, we need to move it! It’s crushing her!” They try to push it as hard as they can. “It’s not moving! Supergirl, come in! Please…” Maggie begs but she too is met with silence. “Damn it!” she pushes the block again.
Alex sobs and goes to sit behind her girlfriend, placing Fin’s head in her lap and stroking her short hair gently. She listens to Maggie as she yells trying to reach Kara.
“Why would you do that? Risk your life for me?” Alex looks at Finley’s blue eyes, and gently strokes her cheek.
“I... I’ll always save you...” Finley smiles sadly. She can’t feel her leg anymore and she feels dizzy. She doesn’t regret saving Alex, she would do anything to keep her girlfriends safe. But it’s getting harder to stay awake, and Fin doesn’t have the energy to try anymore. She is tired, so tired, she really hopes they would be okay, even without her. “I love you both… So much…” Finley whispers and her eyes flutter close.
“No. No, don’t close your eyes. Come on, Finley, please. KARA, COME ON!”

Warnings ~ Body shaming, Bullying
Okay but do y'all see my new icon like 🥰
Repost from my wattpad storie lulz lemme send link 🖇️ https://my.w.tt/KjSStSQYkbb
-
"Come on Y/N," junko smirked "hes never gonna like you if your fat, keep throwing it up." You pushed slightly on your stomach to trigger more vomit.
With Junko standing behind you, taunting you as your breakfast pushed passed your lips.
You could see Mukuro start gather tissue for you to wipe your mouth off with.
-
You sat in class one day as the teacher rambled about nothing you cared about. The sun ran over the curve of your cheeks and lit up your (E/C) eyes as you were deep in thought.
"What if I was smaller"
"Would I be prettier?"
"Would he notice me?"
Not even noticing that class was over until two particular known sisters made their way over to you.
Junko slapped her hand down on your desk taking you out of your thoughts. Her sinister smile was a clear warning of her intentions which were obvious to you.
You expected nothing but harsh words, more things to make you regret your weight. But she unexpectedly had other plans.
Junko came to you as if she wanted to help you. She said she could make you look pretty. In your desperate state of mind you accepted.
Ever since then her way of making "pretty" was meeting her outside of the bathroom every 2-3 hours, practically shoving you face into a toilet and forcing you to gag your meals.
-
"Hey Junko.." you said weakly, your stomach aching being the 5th week you skipped lunch. "Did you ever find out what type of girls Leon is into?"
She thought about it while she chewed her food. "Why of course I did, and you know what he told me?"
You were practically leaning over the table, dying to know what the baseball player told her. "He said and I quote, "tight waisted bimbos with huge tits" end quote."
It felt like a spear ran threw your heart as you sunk into deep thought. "I'm sure he'll like you for who you are rather than what your physical appearance is Y/N."
"You filthy liar! I told her exactly what he told me."
"But Junko I was right ther-"
"Shut up!"
The thoughts in your head shut you out from the twins bickering. Your mind festering on the idea of fitting into Leon's type.
The sadness you felt turned into determination. Thinking about how you can cut out a few more meals, and exercise even more times a day. Wearing extremely heavy hoodies in raging hot weather to shed.
You were determined by the end of this month you'd fit his standards.
"Junko,"
Standing up, you caught her attention before she shot another insult to Mukuro. "I think I'm ready now."
A large malicious smirk panned across her face, rising up from her seat. "Let's go."
-
You shoved two fingers down your throat, nearly missing your uvula. Not much at first shot out but as you progressed more and more came out as your throat burned.
Beginning to feel dizzy, you leaned against the bathroom stall. Not having the energy to continue the assault on your throat. Once you gained your composure you restarted, plunging fingering back into your throat. Murkuro held your hair back away from your face as Junko unbeknownst to you recorded your gagging.
You finished up rather quickly, wiping spit from the corner of your mouth. You rummaged through your backpack looking for your tooth brush.
You walked over to the sink ignoring a few girls who just walked in stares of confusion. The first thing you noticed was your cheeks, usually a soft looking round was now turning hallow.
Your body over all seemed to be getting slimmer over the past few weeks. So much so you'd start to get compliments and praised.
For once you've felt good about yourself, Confident.
...
Until, from an anonymous account you were exposed. Several videos of you forcing yourself to barf was posted on this account.
"This you?"
Mukuro texted you while you got dressed in your uniform. Sending the account.
As if the multiple videos weren't enough, pictures of your dazed expression began circulating. Tears threatened your eyes, you reported each video and picture one by one.
-/-
You went into school, head hung low as whispers and giggles could be heard around you.
You would look up to see several faces looking at you with disgust, some occasionally with pity.
Ultimately, you decided that you weren't gonna let this stop you from reaching your goal. Even if it was draining you.
Today being mile day in PE made you teensy bit woozy, but still you convinced yourself of the "benefits"
-
The long track taunted you, seeming like it stretched for miles. "You've never seen any interest in mile before, Y/N..are you sure." Your PE teacher placed a hand on your shoulder, giving you a understanding look.
You nodded gulping slowly before starting to sprint. At first it wasn't as bad (you told yourself) as you got about half way down the long course.
Your eyes were starting to get a bit heavy as you tried regulating your breath. The temperature only seemed to get hotter as you tried to block out the feelings.
"Was this a heat wave?" You asked your as you tried to push through. Darkness seemed to be clouding over your vision rather quickly.
And surely you passed out.
-
Condensation slid down your face making you wince. You blinked a few times before taking in the bright light on the ceiling.
You rose up quickly only to be pushed right back down. The school nurse, Mikan, giving a frighten shriek from your sudden movement.
"Please let me help you get up." Her worried tone, placing a hand on your back while you rose. "You passed out on the field." A quiver still in her voice.
Panic started to rise in your gut. "I..I did?" You didn't want to believe her words, seeing it more as an embarrassment than an health concern.
"A teacher carried you here with the help of a student." Mikan tried calming you down to prevent any other health problems.
Sadly her efforts wasted as you began to worry yourself on who the student was. Your nightmares only coming true when Leon suddenly walked through the door.
"Mikan is she alright? I heard talkin' and" Your eyes met sending a rush of pink to your cheeks. His pale blue orbs gazed into your F/C ones.
"Are you... alright?" Leon's gaze never leaving your eyes. Lips quivering to much for a verbal answer, you nodded.
Tears brimmed your eye line, you didn't want to met like this. This wasn't supposed to be this way. But his next words caught you off guard.
"Good. hate to see a pretty girl like yourself hurt." He followed up with a wink before sliding out of the office.
Awe casted on your face causing you jaw to open slightly. You were in shock, not even hearing Mikan rambling.
-
Once you were released from Mikan's office you headed to your locker. You managed to pick your jaw up off the floor but shock and awe still lingered.
You opened your locker open-mindedly. A small blush colored envelope fell out, you practically tore it open to see in somewhat messy handwriting:
A actual compliment..did I hit my head that hard? Am I in a coma?
Hey cutie ;), I'd call myself a hero for saving you today. How about you reward me with a little date later today?
- Leon
A squeal errupted from your mouth causing whoever around you a confused look. You were to caught up in your joy to even realize Junko and Mukuro making their way over.
A hand placed firmly onto your shoulder, turning you around to face them forcefully.
"Whaddya got there Y/N?"
Junko's tone too sweet for her own good, you held the letter up slowly in which she snatched it. "This has to be a fake." She said without looking.
Eyes widening, you look the letter back reading it over for any indications. The thought of this being some prank didn't even register to you.
"Well if you are going you know what you have to do" Her tone lowering to something darker. You have her a nod before once again walking to the dreadful bathroom.
You've grown tired of these plain walls as you stick a few fingers once again down your throat. Your senses activated causing you to hurl.
Junko chuckled, getting a sick sort of kick out your suffering. Mukuro narrowing her eyes at her sister, quickly sending a text to someone.
About five minutes later the sound of the bathroom door being slammed open caused you to rip your fingers out of your mouth.
Various shouts coming from behind the stall door as it was suddenly swung open. Leon stood in the frame with ishimaru not far behind.
The sudden appearance caught Junko off guard, almost dropping her phone. "Leon you can't just-" The short haired male turned his attention to the scene.
"Y/N...what are you doing?" Leon's face in confusion, you quickly wiped any remaining spittle off your chin before turning around completely.
Leon bent down, wiping your cheeks with his thumb. "I don't give a shit about your body, I like you just the way you are." He lifts you up, giving you a hug.
"Nothing, just a-" Junko was quick to cut you off. "A hard case of bulimia." Your hair fell down into your face, Junko continued to laugh.
She spoke in a bragging fashion as she told the two men of your dirty secret. Tears brimmed your lash line seeing Leon's eyebrows furrowed in disgust.
"And the funny part about it is...she it did all for you!" Leon's eyes widened, his mouth almost fell open as he quietly repeated her last few words.
"You told me that he likes small waisted girls and I-" a sob breaking your sentence, you fell down onto the bathroom floor sobbing uncontrollably. You felt hands gently pry your hands off your face.
Your usual small pink envelope fell right into your hands, causing a smile to stretch across your face.
You snuggle into his neck, now happy tears rolling down your cheeks.
- timeskip brought to you by the iconic cheez duo -
- about a month later
"You know, Princesses are usually found in castles. How'd I meet you here?"
Cheesy. You smirk to yourself before feeling large arms wrapped around you. Leon placed a kiss to your temple, filling spinning you around for a kiss to the lips.
"I guess the answer to your question would be, sometimes princesses get bored for waiting on their prince." Leon chuckled, sneaking in another kiss. "Well, it's not easy finding the right princess."
His hand instinctively latched onto your as you two walked down the hall to your first period.
-
Leon doesn't like you cause of your skin, your weight, or your face. He likes you because of you.
-
Uhh I know the themes in this got like really fucking dark and usually I don't like to to talk about these topics cause all around this is supposed to be a happier book and shit like that but it was actually requested of me once before.
I thought it was time to get out of my comfort zone and address this. You all are beautiful no matter what you look like, your body doesn't define you!! Your beauty inside and out. And if anyone tells you otherwise me and cheez will beat the- I mean kindly slap them around with kindness.
Anyways I love you all and everyone around you should to! You don't have to fit into what someone wants you to for them to love you. If they really love you, they'd love you for you! Appearance doesn't matter in love!! ((Praying I'm saying the right things))
And it is okay if you do wanna change how look. Just use the reader as an example not to do, please don't hurt yourself or take the easy route. Please choose healthy and non harmful ways to improve on your already beautiful self.
I'm really not good at this so I hope this little message didn't offend, comfort is nawt my strong suit BUT I love you all tremendously and I'll always be here no matter what.

Vacation on Isle Esme
Word Count: 6,926 Demetri x OC Part 6. Warning: Fluff, Angst, NSFW Choking kink. Please listen to the music clips.
The following morning Demetri took Renee to Marcus’ private study having tracked him there “Morning master I have Renee with me, she’d like to talk to you” Demetri greeted him “Morning Demetri, please show her in” Marcus replies. Renee entered the study and thanks Demetri for escorting her there. “Good morning amore. Did you sleep well?” Marcus asked and Renee nodded “Come, sit with me” He held out his hand to Renee; she placed her warm hand in his cold one and let him lead her to the sofa. “Have you thought about what we spoke about last night?” He asked still holding her hand in his “I have thought about it. I even spoke to Ally and Demetri about it as they are in the same situation as us” Marcus nodded but said nothing “After weighing up what I would be giving up versus what I would be gaining…I want you to know that I do accept you as my mate and I will spend an eternity by your side. However, I do wish to remain human a little longer, get used to living here before you turn me” Renee says taking Marcus’ other hand in hers “Renee mi amore, I am so pleased that you accept me as I accept you. I happily grant your request to remain human a little longer” He bought her hands to his lips “Ally will be pleased as it means you’ll have each other for eternity too” He replies smiling and takes Renee into his arms, pleased to have someone to love again and someone to love him in return.
Demetri, Ally and Jane are in Demetri and Ally’s room talking about the wedding when Alec and Felix arrive “Hey Jane I’ve been reading up on wedding customs ahead of the wedding and did you know it’s tradition for the Best Man to hook up with a Bridesmaid?” Felix asks smirking; Alec shakes his head laughing “Not going to happen” “Really Felix?” Janes asks eyebrow raised “Don’t believe me ask Ally” He replies; all eyes now on Ally “Technically yes it’s true. I mean the Best Man tends to try and hook up with one of the Bridal party during / after the wedding” “Well Shit Ally! Thanks” Jane replies “Sorry I was just being honest. You don’t have to get with him” Ally says “No she does! Its tradition” Felix adds smiling; Jane shakes her head “Desperate” Demetri coughs; Alec laughs “I’m so looking forward to your wedding, just to see if Felix fails or not” “It would be funny if he fails” Demetri says laughing “Really D?” Felix replies.
Esme and Carlisle come out to Volterra for the wedding, the others refusing to come. They arrive a week before the wedding and use the trip as a romantic city break. “It’s nice to visit Italy again Carlisle” Esme says smiling “Yes it is, but it’s been a long time since I’ve been in the castle though” He replied as they got settled in one of the guest rooms. “Hi. Only us” Alice says entering Carlisle and Esme’s room “Hello Alice, Jasper” Carlisle and Esme greet their children. “How’s the planning coming along?” Esme asks “Great, obviously” Alice replies smiling “I put it down to the fact Demetri isn’t even trying to rein her in” Jasper adds; Carlisle laughs as Alice pokes her tongue out at Jasper “As far as he’s concerned it’s only the best for his girl and Alice’s vision is to be followed without question” He finishes “I know someone else who indulges Alice” Esme smiles at Jasper “I know, but I do try and rein her in now and again” He replies looking at Alice lovingly.
Carlisle, Esme, Alice and Jasper met Demetri and Ally in the south facing garden “Here this is an early wedding present” Esme said handing Ally an envelope, who gasps upon removing the contents “Tickets to Rio? Keys to…” “You’ll be honeymooning on Isle Esme” Esme interrupted “It’s seems only fitting as it’s where you met” Ally throws her arms around Esme “Thank you so much. Its-it’s perfect” “Thank you Carlisle it’s very generous of you” Demetri says shaking Carlisle’s hand. “You’re welcome” Carlisle replies.
That night Aro calls everyone into the throne room “Thank you all for coming, Firstly I want to welcome our guests who have come out to celebrate the wedding of our dear Demetri and Ally. Secondly, Marcus has an announcement to make. Brother” Aro says stepping aside. Marcus stands and walks towards the edge of the steps “Yes, thank you for coming; I do indeed have some happy news to share. I have been very lucky recently I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful lady; this lady is in fact my second chance at love, at a happy ending. I would like to introduce you all to my mate Renee; Ally’s mom” He turns slightly holding out his hand to her; Renee steps forward placing her hand in his “Renee is human like Ally and will remain so a little longer whilst she gets used to her new home. She is to be treated with the upmost respect” Marcus adds looking down at his mate lovingly. “Yes” Ally says low hugging Demetri “Someone’s happy then” He smiles. “Of course. They both deserve a happy ending and I’m glad they have each other” She replies.
December 3rd – Demetri and Ally’s wedding day
Demetri got ready in Felix’s room with Alec and Jasper, all four wearing black suits, with white shirts, a black waistcoat with a royal blue paisley pattern and matching tie and black shoes. “How are you feeling Demetri?” Jasper asks “I’m ok, a little nervous to be honest” Demetri replies “Why are you nervous? You worried she’ll leave you at the alter” Felix jokes; Demetri growls at him “I’m nervous Fe because I’m getting married in a few hours and that marks the start of a new chapter in my life. I’m over 1000 years old; I’ve done and seen many things over the years but this is something I never thought I’d do” Jasper, Felix and Alec just nod; Demetri sits down on the sofa “I’m also nervous because I don’t know how to be a husband...” “You’ll be a great husband to Ally. I mean you figured out how to be her mate/boyfriend and the two of you are also friends as you built that foundation first. Ally and you will work this marriage thing out together” Alec says placing a hand on Demetri’s shoulder “Ally loves you more than anything, remember that D” Felix adds. “I know that and I love her too but it doesn’t stop me being nervous” “Imagine how I felt Demetri, Alice had seen us meeting, us being with the Cullens and our wedding all before I met her. That was a lot to live up to, so you can imagine how nervous I was” Jasper said sitting down beside Demetri “You’ll be fine. I promise. We’re here for you” He added.
Meanwhile Ally woke up in her room beside Jane as she had come to light the fire early as it was snowing outside and decided to stay and keep Ally company “Morning sweetie” “Morning Jane” Ally replies sleepily “I’m going to run you a bath so you can relax before all the chaos starts” “Sounds like a plan, thank you” Once Ally was finished in the bathroom she sat on her bed in a robe waiting for Alice and Gianna to join her and Jane. The Bridesmaids were dressed in royal blue dresses with a silver diamanté belt; the top half of the dress had royal blue embroidery on it, paired with silver high heeled sandals. Chelsea came by and braided fish plaits into the Bridesmaid’s hair. Chelsea also curled Ally’s hair and secured her tiara in place. “I’ll see you all soon” Chelsea smiled and made her way to the ballroom.
The Ballroom was divided into two; one half was set up for the ceremony, the other for the reception. There was a cream carpet laid on the floor to create an aisle with rows of chairs either side; each chair was covered in a cream cover with a royal blue bow tied around each one.
In the reception part of the ballroom the tables were decorated with white table cloths with fish bowl centrepieces filled with clear pebbles, blue and white Roses, silver Lillies and fake silver Butterflies.
There were two long tables at the side of the room; the wedding cake and guest book were on display along with cards and gifts for the couple. There were jugs of blood for the vampires and a three course meal prepared for Ally, Renee and Gianna.
Demetri was waiting at the alter with Felix by his side; Alec and Jasper standing slightly behind them, Aro was waiting at the alter smiling looking around the room “Not long now my dear boy” He said low to Demetri. Marcus, Caius and the wives were in the front row on the “Groom’s” side with Esme and Renee in the front row on the “Bride’s” side. The other guards and guests spread out over both sides of the aisle.
The Ballroom doors opened; everyone stood up and saw Gianna waiting for her cue; Aro nodded and Gianna walked down the aisle first followed by Jane then Alice. “Deep breath Ally. I’ve got you” Carlisle said taking her arm “Thank you Carlisle” Alyssa came into view with Carlisle by her side; Demetri was speechless the moment he saw her. She took his undead breath away; the biggest smile adorned his face as Demetri’s eyes stayed on Ally as she made her way down the aisle. Ally wore a white dress with a sweetheart neck line; the full applique lace bodice was complimented by the white applique lace cascading down the layered skirt, a silver tiara in her hair decorated with pearls and diamond shaped flowers. Her white shoes covered by her dress. Once they reached Demetri, Carlisle placed Ally’s right hand in Demetri’s left hand and took a seat beside Esme; Ally handed Alice her blue and white bouquet. “You look so beautiful amore” Demetri said low and placed a kiss to her temple; she blushed “You look very handsome Demi”
“Welcome dear ones” Aro began “We are here today to witness the union between this vampire and this human” Caius rolled his eyes “Really?” He mouthed to Aro; who ignored him. “With the exchange of rings and their own personal vows two souls are being joined as one. Demetri if you will, please turn and face Alyssa and read her your vows”
“I Demetri Volturi take you Alyssa Swan to be my best friend, my mate, my lover and my wife forever. I promise to support and encourage you in achieving your dreams. All I have in this world I give to you; I promise to comfort and protect you, love you and honour you for all of eternity.” He raised her hand to his lips placing a kiss to the backs of her fingers. “I love you”
“Alyssa, your turn my dear” Ally could feel tears building behind her eyes.
“I Alyssa Swan take you Demetri Volturi to be my best friend, my mate, my lover and my husband forever. I promise to encourage and inspire you, to laugh with you, and comfort you in times of sorrow and struggle. I promise to love you in good times and in bad. I promise to honour and cherish you, and keep you safe always. I love you”
“Now the giving and receiving of rings” Aro says motioning to Felix to pass the rings to Demetri and Ally.
“Ally I give you this ring as a token of my never-ending love for you” He places her wedding ring onto her finger.
“Demi I give you this ring as a token of my never-ending love for you” She places his wedding ring onto his finger.
“I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. You may kiss your beautiful Bride Demetri”
Demetri takes her into his arms and kisses her; pulling away and resting his forehead to hers “I love you Ally” “I love you too Demi”
“It gives great pleasure to introduce you all to Mr and Mrs Demetri Volturi” Aro announces and everyone stands up; clapping and multiple “Congratulations” can be heard.
Demetri takes Ally’s hand in his and they walk up the aisle; him leading her out to the south facing garden that was covered in snow for wedding photos.
“Photos really?” She asks excitedly “Yes, Ally. This is Matthew; he was a photographer in his human life and we crossed paths a few years back about a year after his transformation. I called and asked him to take photos of today” Demetri answered “I’m going to put together an album for you too. May I offer you my congratulations” Matthew said shaking Demetri’s hand “Thank you Matthew” Ally says smiling “You really are the best Dem” She gives him a lingering kiss to his cheek; they hear the click of the camera “I’m sorry but that was a soft candid moment that needed to be captured” Matthew told them. Matthew took photos of Demetri and Ally alone; Demetri and Ally with the Bridal party, Demetri and Ally with Marcus and Renee. He also took a photo of Demetri and Ally with the three kings and their three mates at Aro’s request. Matthew took photos of the other guests too throughout the afternoon; ensuring to capture Demetri and Ally’s first dance and the cutting of the wedding cake.
Demetri stood and clinked his glass getting the room’s attention “Firstly, I want to thank you all for coming and sharing today with Ally and I. Secondly I want to thank Renee and Charlie, though sadly he couldn’t be here today, for bringing such an amazing and beautiful person into the world. I promise to love and protect her forever” He looked down at Ally smiling before continuing “Lastly, thank you to Carlisle and Esme for introducing us. I had been on my own for a very long time and had almost given up on finding my mate, my other half until Ally walked into my life and into my heart. I remember the first time I saw you; the first time I looked into those gorgeous chocolate brown eyes of yours and everything changed for me. I started imaging the possibilities; imagining a future with you by my side and it took me only a week to realise that I couldn’t live without you; I didn’t want to live without you. You accepted me not only for who I am but for what I am and I’m eternally thankful for that and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was when you agreed to be mine and asked me to be yours in return. You were born to be with me as I was created to be with you and you have made me more human, a better man even and I cannot thank you enough for that. I love you more than I ever thought possible and I’m looking forward to spending an eternity with you mi amore. Please raise your glasses in a toast to my stunning Bride. Ally” “Ally” The room cheers raising their glasses.
Demetri led Ally onto the dance floor for their first dance holding her in his arms singing quietly in her ear
“Look into my eyes You will see What you mean to me Search your heart Search your soul And when you find me there You'll search no more
Don't tell me it's not worth tryin' for You can't tell me it's not worth dyin' for You know it's true Everything I do I do it for you
Look into your heart You will find There's nothin' there to hide Take me as I am Take my life I would give it all I would sacrifice
Don't tell me it's not worth fightin' for I can't help it, there's nothin' I want more You know it's true Everything I do I do it for you”
Once Demetri and Ally had their first dance everybody joined them on the dance floor Jane approached Felix “Would you like to dance?” “Really? Sure you can reach?” “Don’t make me regret asking you” She replied taking his hand in hers and making their way to the dance floor. Ally noticed them dancing and whispered in Demetri’s ear “See Demi, I told you there’s something between them” He cast a glance in their direction and couldn’t help smiling at the sight “We’ll see Ally, we’ll see.”
Caius, Aro and Marcus each took a turn in dancing with Ally; Demetri dancing with their mates in return. Carlisle having given Ally away danced the father/daughter dance with her; Renee feeling a little angry that Charlie didn’t step up for Ally when she needed him, especially as she won’t get to see him again. “It’s his loss Renee, Ally is a great girl, a real credit to you” Marcus whispered into her ear holding her in his arms watching Carlisle and Ally dance.
Alec had asked Gianna to accompany him to the wedding as they were both in the bridal party and he knew that it would make her happy. He may or may not have noticed how her heartbeat speeds up a little when he’s near her. Holding her close during the slow songs he found it amusing how her heartbeat would spike slightly. He decided to have a little fun with her at the end of the last dance; smiling to himself as he dipped her low, holding her leg to his side as he did so “Ah Alec” She breathed surprised by his actions. He raised her back up and placed a kiss to her cheek “Good night Gianna” Gianna blushed “Good night Alec” “That was…nice of you Alec” Demetri said as Alec passed him and Ally on the dance floor.
Felix walks Jane back to her room at the end of the night hand in hand stopping when they reach Jane’s door. Felix leans down and kisses her gently; after a few seconds he pulls away slightly “That wasn’t…entirely unpleasant” She says quietly; he leans back down and kisses her again one hand resting on her cheek, the other on the small of her back holding her to him “There are other things we can do that aren’t entirely unpleasant” He says low in her ear as his hand moves from her back to hold her hand in his; she opens her door stepping backwards inside taking him with her “Show me” She purrs; he smiles closing and locking the door behind him.
He pulls her into his arms and lifts her up; her legs wrapping around his waist as she kisses him. He lays her down on her bed breaking the kiss “I can make you feel good little one” He purrs into the ear before placing a kiss below it working his way down her neck and back up again “Mmm…” He sits up on his knees bringing her with him; he unzips her dress before his hands work their way upwards taking her dress with them, leaving her in her lace bra and panties. He laid her down and removed his jacket, shirt and trousers; before leaning down and placing open mouthed kisses along her neck working his way down her body; sucking gently on her lace covered clit “Ahh” Jane’s breath catching in her throat; Felix looked up her “May I?” She nodded and he removed her panties; parting her legs slightly he settled himself between them licking upwards from her centre to her clit before gently sucking on the bud of nerves, flicking it with his tongue. Jane’s breathless moans let him know she was enjoying herself; he parted her lips and slipped his tongue inside her hitting her sweet spot; a breathless sigh escaping her lips, he withdrew his tongue slipping a finger in whilst sucking hard on her clit “Oh…Felix…Yes” She cries out hands grabbing the sheets, she feels his low growl vibrate against her core. He continues to lick and suck her clit adding a second finger; curling them inside her bringing her closer to her release, he feels her small fingers card through his hair, before settling at the back of his head holding him where she needs him most. His fingers continuing to move in and out her; tongue swirling around her sensitive nub “I’m so…cl-close” “Cum for me little one” His pace speeding up and becoming a bit rough as he pulls her over the edge; “Oh Felix!” She cries as she comes undone beneath him, tumbling into a blissful darkness, her toes curling and hands gripping her bedsheets “You did so well little one” He purrs in her ear before capturing her lips in a passionate kiss.
“My turn” She purrs in his ear; he rolls onto his back taking her with him. Jane takes his lower lip between her teeth and he growls hands grabbing her ass. She pulls away kissing her way down his cold hard abs admiring the god like view beneath her. She rips his boxers away freeing him and is amazed at the sight before her for Felix’s cold hard dick is long and thick “See something you like?” He asks smirking; nodding in response she wraps her lips around him taking him all the way until she feels him in the back of her throat. She heard him growl and looked up to see his eyes were closed, lips slightly parted, ‘Pain’ she thought and Felix felt a slight pain course through him as she hollowed her cheeks and sucked him hard “Ahh…Jane” He cried out then feeling the pain disappear as she smiled around him licking him from base to tip her tongue circling his tip; she hollowed her cheeks again taking in all of him “Oh...God…” His eyes open black and full of lust catching her looking up at him; her red eyes dark and doe like, she gives him a wink and grazes her teeth over his entire length before deep throating him “Oh…little one…just…like…that” He purrs fingers grabbing a fistful of hair and tugging gently. She pulls away looking up at him and whispers “Pain” He shudders at the mixture of pleasure and pain as her lips close back around him; her sucking him as though he was the best thing she’s ever tasted; she feels him empty himself down the back of her throat and she swallows everything he gives her. “Seems like you’re not the little terror everyone says you are” He says breathlessly and smiles at her “Shut up” She replies softly taking her bottom lip between her teeth, looking up at him through her lashes “Let me hold you” He says bringing her up into his arms “Thank you little one” He places a kiss to her temple “Thank you Felix” She snuggles into him enjoying the feeling of being in his arms.
Meanwhile Santiago drove Demetri and Ally to the private air strip near the castle and carried out the pre-flight checks as he was also their pilot for the flight. Demetri carried his and Ally’s cases onto the plane and took a seat next to her; holding her close “You look lovely tonight cara” Ally had changed into a light blue fitted knee length dress for the flight; Demetri changed into blue jeans and a grey shirt. Once she fell asleep he gently lifted her into his lap and held her whilst she slept. “How’s Ally doing?” Santiago asked coming to check on the newly-weds “Good. She’s asleep, which I’m pleased about as it’s a night flight” Demetri replied low Santiago nodded in response.
It was the first day of their honeymoon and Ally and Demetri play hide and seek to test out Ally’s ability to drop her shield. “Let’s test out that shield dropping ability of yours, shall we…Mrs Volturi?” He leans down kissing her. “Ok Mr Volturi, but don’t be upset if this doesn’t work first time round. Dropping my shield is something I’ve only been able to do recently. I was curious to see if it was possible so I’ve been practicing” She explains to Demetri “I understand. Just be careful. I love you” He rests his forehead to hers “I will. I love you too” She replied; she gave him a kiss then ran off to hide “I’ll give you 10 minutes” He called after her. Once she found her hiding place Ally closed her eyes concentrating and thinking about Demetri and how she needs him to find her. Demetri took a deep breath closing his eyes and reached out trying to pick up Ally’s tenor; nothing, he couldn’t sense her and was beginning to get a little frustrated when all of a sudden something changed. He could sense someone’s tenor, faint as it was but it was there “Ally” He breathed out relaxing a little; he concentrated ensuring to commit her tenor, her essence to memory. Smiling he took off finding her with ease “Found you mi amore” He smiled down at her “I was worried it didn’t work” She replied getting up “It didn’t at first but when your shield finally dropped I was able to pick up your tenor, your essence, which allowed me to find you and that is what matters. I have committed your essence to my memory too” He kissed her holding her close “We’ve got forever to develop this part of your gift. Although, I don’t want you dropping your shield for anyone but me Ally. I like knowing that you can protect yourself from psychic gifts understand?” “I understand Demi, you only want me to drop my shield when I need or want you to find me” She smiled looking up at him through her lashes “Exactly” He replied smiling.
After spending a day together on the beach Demetri and Ally decide to take a shower together; he starts washing her, massaging her breasts letting one hand move lower thumb circling her clit as he places open mouthed kisses on her neck. Her head falls back on his shoulder her eyes closed as she feels him slip a finger inside her; he moves his finger in and out of her a few times before adding a second “Make love to me Demi, please” Demetri nodded removing his fingers from her and shutting the shower off. He lifted Ally into his arms wrapping her legs around his waist and carried her to the bed laying her down gently. He looked into her eyes “Are you sure cara?” “Yes. I want you, I need you” She unwrapped her legs from around him; sliding her hand down between them and stroking his hard penis her thumb brushing over the tip; his eyes closing at her warm touch, he adjusts himself between her legs and taking his erection in his hand gently guides himself inside her. He stilled allowing her to adjust to his size when he heard an almost inaudible gasp before continuing to slide in until he was fully inside her, stilling again for a moment placing a kiss to her forehead. “You’re so tight baby” He kissed her nipping at her bottom lip asking for entrance; which she happily gave him, their tongues moving against each other in sync.
Ally felt him pull out slightly before slowly re-entering her; filling her deeply “Ahh” She breathed out eyes closing; her hands moving up his back, nails gently scratching his skin and leaving kisses on his shoulders working her way up his neck to leave a kiss below his ear before gently biting his earlobe. He growled and thrusted back inside her hard; one hand moving up her leg to hold it in place at his side, this new position allowing him to get deeper inside her with every thrust. His dipped his head down and took a nipple into his mouth sucking gently, flicking it with his tongue. His cold breath against her warm flesh sent sparks coursing through her and she could feel a knot forming in her abdomen. His other hand moved up her side to take hold of her other breast, rolling the nipple between his thumb and forefinger; he felt her wrap her legs around him “Demi” She cried out. He quickened his pace feeling his orgasm building and sensing hers was close too, filling her deeper with each and every thrust “Ally” He growled low, lifting his head to kiss her slipping his tongue inside her mouth; Ally sighed into the kiss. He dipped his head back down kissing her breast; his teeth grazing over the sensitive bud. Ally felt the knot break, pleasure washing over her like a tidal wave, her back arching off the bed; snaking his arm underneath her he held her close, his thrusts slowing as he rode out his own orgasm with her “I love you Demi” “I love you too Ally” He rested his forehead against hers.
He continued to hold her in his arms as her breathing returned to normal, “That was amazing” She whispered before kissing him, love and devotion clear in her eyes, “You were amazing” He replied kissing her. Still inside her he sat up on his knees bringing her with him; holding her to his chest, legs still wrapped around him he placed open mouthed kisses to her neck “Don’t let go” He felt her nod as he got off the bed carrying her into the shower and turned it on. He climbed inside the shower and set her down in front of him, gently cleaning them both. She turned in his arms and wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down for a passionate kiss “I love you” “I love you too Ally”
The following morning Ally had a shower and went to put on her shorts and a top when she noticed a few bruises forming on her body, Demetri came up behind her wrapping his arms around her waist and placed a kiss on her neck “I’m sorry about those, it seems I wasn’t as gentle as I thought” He sounded upset “No, Dem you were gentle, very gentle in fact. My first time was better than I ever thought it would be and that’s because it was with you” She said smiling as she turned in his arms and kissed him. “I’m happy I was your first cara and that I will be your last as you will be mine” He left a chaste kiss to her lips; she wrapped her arms around his waist her head against his chest.
A few days later Ally was sunbathing whilst Demetri went hunting; when he got back he laid down beside her in just his boxers “Hey baby” He kisses her “Hey Sparkles” She smiles and kisses him back; he leans over her stroking hair “Be nice cara” He smiles as his fingers trail up and down her side lightly tickling her. “I have a surprise for you” Ally said getting up; Demetri nodded “I’ll be here waiting for you” A few minutes later Ally walked back out on the beach wearing the sexy French Maid outfit she bought on a shopping trip with Alice. She sat on Demetri’s lap so she was straddling him. He opened his eyes and whistled “Damn! You so hot in that baby” He smiled; blushing, she took her bottom lip between her teeth “Thank you I’m glad you like it” “I like it very much” He ran his hands up her thighs and licked his lips; sitting up and wrapping his arms around her he whispered “I want you amore” He kissed her hair whilst inhaling her scent. He lifts himself up slightly and with one hand starts to shimmy out of his boxers; Ally swings her leg to the side so she’s sitting beside him and removes her lace panties; then swings her leg back over to straddle him again. Demetri’s hands trail up her body under the dress, taking both breasts into his hands massaging them gently; thumbs brushing her nipples lightly, a sigh falls from Ally’s lips involuntarily, head falling back as Demetri kisses the front of her neck, sucking her neck slightly before his teeth graze over her pulse point.
Ally rises up onto her knees; hands on Demetri’s shoulders and gently lowers herself onto his erect cock, his hands move to her hips as he begins to lift her off of him before lowering her back down over his hard length “I love you” She whispers; his hands trail up her sides taking the dress with them and throwing it aside he places his hands on her back holding her against him. He leans her back slightly; his head dipping down to kiss her breasts and taking a nipple into his mouth. Her breath catches in her throat “Oh…god” He switches breasts taking her nipple between his teeth; whilst he rolls her other nipple between his thumb and forefinger. She lifts herself off him almost completely before sinking back down on him hard “Fuck baby” He growls moving his hands to her hips stilling her for a moment and pulls out of her only to thrust up into her hard “Fuck Dem” She cries out as he hits a new spot inside her, a knot forming in her abdomen. As he pulls out and thrusts up into her she grinds down against him, her being filled deeply with every thrust, him hitting that new spot inside her over and over. He crashes his lips to hers; she bites his lower lip and he opens his mouth allowing her to deepen the kiss, tongues moving against each other. He’s chasing his own release as he can tell she’s getting close to hers “Bite me…please” She begged grinding against him; he lifted his head and gently moved hers to the side placing a kiss against her neck, before biting her and taking a few gulps of her blood before licking the wound shut with his venom. Ally felt the knot break the moment he bit her “Oh. Dem. Yes” She said between breaths, her head falling onto his shoulder. His release followed “Fuck Ally” She could feel him still moving inside her filling her with his seed. “Don’t stop baby” She whispered; she felt him nod then kiss her neck where he bit her just moments ago.
Still inside her he picked her up and carried her inside and over to the bed, lying her down resting his forehead to hers “You my darling are amazing” He kissed her lips “So are you babe.” He pulled out of her lifting one of her legs over his shoulder and slid back inside her with ease “Ahh, that feels so..” Another slow deep thrust “Good” She finished, he smiled into the next kiss. Demetri slowed his rhythm taking his time to make love to her despite her pleas for him to go faster. He wanted to take his time with her; to show her how much he loved her, how he worshipped her. Ally had one hand on his shoulder the other in his hair; tugging slightly “I’m so…close…please Demi” One of his hands reached down between them and he began flicking and pinching her clit “Oh, ahh…Dem” He loved hearing her reaction knowing he was the only one who could please her this way. She grinded down on his hand kissing his neck “Mine” He growled low in her ear, Ally’s orgasm washed over her; her toes curling, hands gripping the sheets as she came hard “Always” She replied breathlessly; her walls clamping down around him bringing him to his climax, he removed her leg from his shoulder and continued to move within her riding out their orgasms together. “Will it always be this good?” She asked once her breathing evened out. “Once you’re immortal, it’ll be better. I won’t need to be so gentle…not that I’d ever hurt you, it’s just …you’ll be less fragile” He replied “Less fragile but still yours” She said “Yes mi amore, you’ll always be mine as I’ll always be yours” He responded “Mine” She said smiling against his neck “Always Ally, always”
The following morning Ally woke up alone but could smell pancakes; walking to the kitchen she saw Demetri in his boxers cooking, she wrapped her arms him kissing his shoulder one hand moving lower slipping inside his boxers “Morning to you too mi amore” He smiled and removed the pan from the heat. She removed her hand from his boxers and stepped back allowing him to turn and face her; his red eyes looking her up and down taking in the sight of her wearing his shirt. He stalked towards her like she was prey; her stepping back towards the table and when close enough he pulled her into him; her hands resting on his chest, his hand ran up her thigh under the shirt “No panties” He purred “Figured it would save time this morning” She winked at him and went to walk away “No” He growled “I want you here, now” He turned her around and bent her over the table one hand closing gently around her neck “Remember tell me if you want me to stop” He said applying a little pressure; she nodded and with his other hand he guided himself inside her stilling for a moment before pulling out and re-entering her. Their moans filling the air; he applied a little more pressure to her neck as he thrusts sped up chasing his release sensing hers was near, he moved his other hand downwards to play with her clit. Her walls clenched around him and she let out another breathless moan, her eyes squeezing tightly shut, as the brightest lights flitted behind her eyelids. Demetri’s name fell like a sworn oath from her slightly parted lips, the sound of it urging him on further. Demetri let out a soft hiss of pleasure as his mate’s tight, warm heat embraced him, further proof that she was indeed made for him, and only for him. Any tension he might have felt in that moment simply disappeared like clouds in the wind. He let his head fall forward, burying his face in Ally’s shoulder, her name coming out in a muffled cry of ecstasy, as he gave her everything he had, every intimate little part of himself. In all his years of immortality, not once has a single fragile human made him feel as alive as he did in that moment, not like Ally did.
When Demetri and Ally weren’t making love; they spent their time playing chess and other games; reading aloud to one another and silently to themselves. Demetri would join Ally on the beach whenever she wanted to sunbathe making the most of the warm weather. They also went swimming by the waterfall as they did the first time they were on Isle Esme together.
Demetri was a little sceptical whenever Ally won a game especially a card game, wondering if she ‘cheating’ “Ally, mi amore, you’re not looking through my eyes to see what cards I have, are you?” He asked eyebrow raised; Ally placed a hand to her heart feigning offense “Would I ever do that?” “You have in the past with our friends” He gently reminded her “I’d never do that to you babe” She replies looking up at him through her lashes “You promise?” He asked as he began to slowly crawl towards her; his eyes darkening as he did so “I-I…” He licked his lips growling low “Behave” She began to move back a little; he growled again “Behave…Sparkles…” That was it, he pounced pinning her beneath him; teeth grazing her neck, fingers lightly tickling her sides her soft laughter filling the room. He loved the sound and continued his actions as she squirmed beneath him “You’ve been a naughty girl….” “Y-you c-can’t p-prove it” She replied still giggling “Oh, I think I can” He growled low in her ear as grinded against her “Dem” She breathed out just before she felt him gently bite her, swallowing a few mouthfuls of her blood before licking the wound shut “It should be a sin for you to taste so good mi amore” He whispered “Enjoy it whilst you can my love because once you change me my sinfully good blood will be no more” She whispered kissing his neck “Mmm…maybe I should keep you human a little longer then” He rolled his hips against her again capturing her lips in a kiss “I love you” “I love you too Dem”
Demetri arrives back at the house after hunting to find Ally passed out on the bathroom floor; he runs to her placing a hand on her shoulder “Ally” She doesn’t move; hand still in place he gently shakes her trying to wake her “Ally, cara, please wake up” His eyes filling with venom “Please wake up baby, please” He begs her softly; taking her into his arms holding her close. Just then his phone rings; Carlisle’s name flashing on the screen. “Demetri…Is Ally ok?” He asks “I-I don’t know. I-I can’t wake her”
